Program Type: Bilingual Spanish – Omni Channel (Chat, Email, and Phone)

Start Date: October 16, 2025

Certification Duration: October 16 – November 13, 2025

Class Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. EST

Service Revenue

• Certification Phase: $7.64/hr ($3.82 per interval)
• Production Phase: $17.00/hr ($8.50 per interval)
• Incentives:
• NEW! $250 Certification Incentive after servicing the first 20 hours (40 intervals) during Phase II
• Additional $100 incentive for servicing a minimum of 13 hours per week and accepting your first Production SOW
• Additional $1.81/hr for servicing at least 12 hours per week during certification

Servicing Hours

• Monday – Thursday: 24 hours
• Friday: 12:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. EST
• Saturday: 10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. EST
• Sunday: 12:00 p.m. – 11:59 p.m. EST

Agents are required to service at least 4 hours on Saturday, Sunday, or a combination of both.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Minimum 8 GB memory, dual monitors, and hardwired internet connection
• Windows 11 (latest updates installed)
• Noise-cancelling headset with phone-quality audio
• Background check and photo ID verification required before class

What You’ll Do

Agents will assist customers with registration, login, and account setup while delivering high-quality support and maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and empathy. Initial interactions will primarily be via chat and email, with phone support added later.

Certification Attendance

100% attendance in instructor-led sessions is highly encouraged. Missing the first day will result in being dropped from class with no refund of the $50 class confirmation deposit.
