Revenue Potential
Certification Period:
- $7.64/hour ($3.82 per interval)
- BONUS: Earn an additional $1.81/hour when you service minimum 12 hours/week
- $100 BONUS when you service minimum 13 hours/week and transition to Production!
Production Period:
- $17.00/hour ($8.50 per interval)
Program Details
Training Starts: October 27, 2025
Class Time: Monday-Friday, 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM ET (6 hours daily, includes 2 hours self-study)
Training Structure:
- Phase I: October 27 - November 25 (Instructor-led & Self-Study)
- Phase II: November 26 - December 11 (Certification Call-Taking)
- No class November 11, 27, 28
Servicing Hours
Most Intervals Available:
- Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM ET
- Saturday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM ET
Special Requirement: 4 hours (8 intervals) required on Mondays
About the Role
You'll be providing inbound customer care for WEC Energy Group, one of the nation's largest energy companies serving 4.6 million customers across Wisconsin, Illinois, Michigan, and Minnesota.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Reviewing and responding to customer billing inquiries
- Processing payment deferrals and installment plans
- Resolving customer issues with empathy and professionalism
- Customer retention efforts
- Enrolling customers in appropriate energy plans
Requirements
Technical:
- USB VoIP Headset (required)
- Dual monitors (required)
- Minimum 8 GB RAM
- Windows 11 (latest version, fully updated)
Other Requirements:
- Background check & Photo ID verification (required)
- Must pass final exam with 90%
- Service minimum 6 hours during Blended Apply
- Achieve average QA score of 70% or greater
- $50 Class Confirmation Deposit (non-refundable if you don't show on Day 1)

- Commitment Adherence: >90%
- Quality Assurance: >86%
- Customer Satisfaction: >8.10 out of 10
- First Call Resolution: >83.6%
