Fiserv Debit Card Services Program Overview

Start Date: December 2, 2025

Class Duration: December 2, 2025 – January 7, 2026

Certification Call-Taking: January 8 – February 2, 2026

Class Schedule:

• Monday – Friday (6 hours/day)
• Times: 8 a.m.–2 p.m. ET | 9 a.m.–3 p.m. ET | 4 p.m.–10 p.m. ET

Compensation

• Certification Phase: $7.64/hr*
• Production Phase: $14.50/hr*
• Incentives:
• $300 Certification Incentive after servicing the first 20 hours (Phase 2)
• Additional $100 incentive when servicing 13+ hours/week after Phase II and accepting first Production SOW

Enrollment Requirements

1. Choose the program and class time.
2. Complete the PC Scan.
3. Complete Photo ID Verification (with selfie).
4. Complete Acknowledgment Forms.
5. Complete Background Check (via Experian).
6. Complete Drug Screening (via HireRight).

• Must be scheduled within 48 hours of receiving the link.
• Both background and drug screening must be completed 14 days before class start.
• No cost for either (subject to change).

Technology Requirements

• 16 GB RAM or higher
• Dual Monitors required
• Webcam required (must be on during class)
• Windows 11 (fully updated) only — Windows 10 not supported
• Intel i5 (6th gen or higher), 2.4 GHz or faster
• Hardwired Ethernet connection
• YubiKey Security Token required (provided by client at no cost)
• Smartphone required for 2FA

Additional Details

• Must service at least 5 hours on Mondays and/or Fridays each week.
• 24/7 servicing intervals available once certified.
• No class on December 25 or January 1.
• Agents must be on webcam during all classes.
• Must pass with:
• 90%+ QA score
• 95%+ Voice of Customer (VOC)
• <370-second AHT
• >90% Commitment Adherence (CA)

Eligibility Restrictions

You may not enroll if you:

• Serviced another banking client in the past 6 months.
• Had a class drop/fail within the last 60 days.
• Have 3 drops/fails in the last 12 months.
• Are already “interested” or “enrolled” in another program.

Fees

• $50 non-refundable Class Confirmation Deposit required.
