About the Role

Service Partners will make outbound calls to health plan members to schedule in-home health evaluations, answer questions, and provide support. This is a professional, member-focused role requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and reliability.

Certification & Class Schedule

• Certification Revenue: $7.64 per hour ($3.82 per interval)
• Production Revenue: $15.00 per hour ($7.50 per interval)
• Incentives available for meeting minimum servicing hours

Training Dates

• Phase I: October 27 – November 9, 2025 (Instructor-led and self-study, 6 hours per day, Monday–Friday)
• Phase II: November 10 – November 17, 2025 (Certification call-taking)
• Class Times: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM ET or 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM ET

Servicing Hours

• Weekdays: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM ET
• Weekends: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM ET (potential availability)

Requirements

• Background check and drug screening ($75 fee, must clear 7 days before class)
• Photo ID verification and daily webcam/selfie authentication
• Windows 11 (fully updated), hardwired internet connection
• USB noise-canceling headset (wireless not supported)
• Dual monitors and at least 16GB RAM
• Successful PC scan required before class entry

Certification Completion Standards

• Minimum 90% on all assessments
• Completion of all self-study and practice modules
• Full attendance (100% encouraged)
• Ongoing client performance standards:
• Commitment Adherence: 90%+
• Conversion Rate: greater than 6%
• Quality Assurance: 80%+

Important Notes

• You must not be currently employed with CVS Health or any affiliate.
• The Platform Usage Fee of 5% applies to each invoice total.
• Failure to attend the first day of class or complete prerequisites (background check, drug screening, ID verification, and PC scan) will result in removal from the course.
