Class End Date: November 6, 2025
Certification Call-Taking: November 7 – November 16, 2025
Class Schedule:
- Morning: 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. ET
- Evening: 6:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. ET
- (4 hours of class + paid self-study daily)
Servicing Hours Available:
- Monday – Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. ET
- Saturday: 11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. ET
Service Revenue:
- Certification: $7.64/hr ($3.82 per interval)
- Production: $13.00/hr ($6.50 per interval)
- Incentives available for meeting weekly service requirements
Special Servicing Requirement: Minimum 5 hours on Sundays, Mondays, and/or Saturdays
What to Expect:
- Inbound calls from Princess Cruises guests and travel agents
- Occasional outbound calls for follow-up and support
- Upselling cruise packages and enhancements
- Delivering professional, friendly, and knowledgeable customer service
System Requirements:
- Dual monitors
- USB headset with noise-cancelling mic
- Must meet Arise platform system standards
