AltaConnect is excited to share a new client program available on the platform. This is a remote customer service and soft sales opportunity with Princess Cruises, one of the world’s leading global cruise brands.

Class Start Date: October 14, 2025

Class End Date: November 6, 2025

Certification Call-Taking: November 7 – November 16, 2025

Class Schedule:

  • Morning: 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. ET
  • Evening: 6:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. ET
  • (4 hours of class + paid self-study daily)

Servicing Hours Available:

  • Monday – Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. ET
  • Saturday: 11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. ET

Service Revenue:

  • Certification: $7.64/hr ($3.82 per interval)
  • Production: $13.00/hr ($6.50 per interval)
  • Incentives available for meeting weekly service requirements

Special Servicing Requirement: Minimum 5 hours on Sundays, Mondays, and/or Saturdays

What to Expect:

  • Inbound calls from Princess Cruises guests and travel agents
  • Occasional outbound calls for follow-up and support
  • Upselling cruise packages and enhancements
  • Delivering professional, friendly, and knowledgeable customer service

System Requirements:

  • Dual monitors
  • USB headset with noise-cancelling mic
  • Must meet Arise platform system standards

  • $50 non-refundable class confirmation deposit
