Hi ,
As you know, every Sunday we email you three simple tips and takeaways to improve your gastrointestinal health. However, considering recent events, we are emailing you mid week with three things you can do to fight for justice and equality.
Like many of you, we are intent on doing what we can to create a world without discrimination.
Here are three things we’re doing now to enact positive change. We hope you’ll join us.

Sign a petition
Sign a petition calling for the end of police violence against Black people.

Donate time and/or money
Support George Floyd's family by donating to the Official George Floyd Memorial Fund via Go Fund Me.
And/Or
Donate to organizations fighting injustice and inequality. Here are some to consider:

Make a difference in this year’s election.
