“What if I finally feel better… but then mess it all up again?”

It means you care deeply. And you don’t want to lose yourself again.

Here are 5 ways to build trust instead of pressure:
1.Create a “safe list” of 5 meals that always support your gut. Use them when you’re tired or unsure.
2.Track wins, not weight. Did you sleep better? No bloating today? Write it down.
3.Choose progress over perfection. One good choice a day is more than enough.
4.Have a rescue plan - a warm soup, deep breaths, and early bedtime.
5.Speak kindly to yourself on hard days. Healing doesn’t need shame. It needs softness.
One thing to try today:
Write down one moment this week when you felt good - lighter, clearer, calmer. That’s your proof.
