Grandma Secret !!

Do you ever think about the stuff Grandma(or any of your elder) used to say? Let's go back to those days and remember what she taught us about staying healthy.


Think about food. Grandma never made a big deal about fancy diets or special foods. She just said, "Eat your fruits, veggies, grains, and beans." Simple and good for you.


And what about feelings? Grandma was always good at understanding how people felt. She'd say, "Think about how they feel." That's called empathy – something she was great at.

You had your personal counselor


Then there's sleep. Grandma knew that a good sleep was super important. Remember how she'd read us stories or give us warm milk before bed or that head massage ? Those were her tricks for a good night's sleep.


With all the new health stuff out there, let's not forget what Grandma told us. Maybe it's time we remembered those old lessons. They've kept people healthy for a long time.
