6 Pillar Exercise

For every pillar, write down every single problem or challenge you face. This is to make you ‘problem aware’. It is encouraged to do this monthly.

Anxiety List


Anxiety is misplaced excitement. They are energy leaks. By identifying your anxiety and deciding if and or what you can do with it, it can stop those energy leaks. What anxieties do you experience when running your business? Write down every single one.


 

6 Month Letter


Write a two-page letter to yourself.


Write out where you are today and also thank yourself for the work that you're putting in over the next six months. Include what you're doing THAT goes against the grain and write out things that challenge you.


Make sure whatever you write is in alignment for you and what you actually want to do in your life.


Write out where you are today and also thank yourself for taking the time to invest in yourself.


Set yourself a reminder in 6 months to open it and then write another.
