One of the most powerful distinctions I have learned about making quantum leap is this...

Every thing is a tool of wisdom...

And what I mean by that is this...

Everything in...

The past..

The present...

The future...

Time as a whole...

They are all tools I can use to facilitate the...

Thinking...

Communication..

And...

Behaviours that create the outcomes I want.

In other words...

All my experiences...

Past and present...

All my hopes and dreams...

Conscious or unconscious...

Are only useful to the extent that they help me be, do and have what I truly want.

Emphasis on "what I truly want'

Think about that for a moment...

Over the past 30+ years...

I've made a number of leaps that I never quite expected...

Some of these incredible jumps include the following...

I've gone from butcher selling meat in calabar to strategic advisor to African Presidents...

That took 8 years...

I've gone from hawking my PowerIdeas subscription based monthly audio CDs door to door on Allen Avenue and Opebi because those were the only streets I knew in Lagos.

To running a wildly successful and highly profitable global practice from the comfort of my home...

That took 4 years...

I've gone from getting into a debt of N1.5billion to clearing the debt and sitting pretty with a profit of N3billion

That took 2 years...

And that was before the Naira decided to take a swim🙄.

I've gone from living with Cancer to being 100% cancer free...

That took a year.

My point?

Aside from the vaguely humble bragging rights...

Each of these jumps took less and less time...

The clearer and more committed I got about an outcome...

And then chose to make every experience I've had good or bad serve the creation of that specific outcome.
