Hey there!

So all things equal..

I've been coaching, consulting and mentoring for more than two decades...

But I've been in this space as an active participant for just over three decades.

In that time....

I've helped thousands people get results.

But I've also failed hundreds who didn't get results.

Here's the thing though...

Over the years as I focused on honing my craft, I've gotten better and better at helping people get the results that they want...

And so these days I can get you a return on investment on working with me in just a matter of days...

In fact for some people...

All it takes is a matter of hours.

This used to take me months.

Here's what I have learned over time from delivering over a million dollars worth of programing in the last five years...

People are both complex and simple.

We are different no doubt...

But we're also pretty predictable.

If I was to boil down how to get people results to one word...

That word will be momentum...

In other words...

Get your people moving and create an environment for them that ensures they don't stop moving.

The fastest way to do that in my experience is to guide their focus.

Only give them what they need to take the next critical step with as little thought as possible.

That's why when I work with people just starting out - it's about getting in front of the right people with the right offer.

Now don't get me wrong...

Tribemasters are all about selling ideas.

But your ideas have to be first validated if you're just starting out.

And that means getting a few people to pay you and work with you to get results before you go full blast.

Learning comes through application.

Once an offer is in the market we have data.

Why it's selling.

Why it's not selling.

What's clear. What's vague.

Data informs.

Information combined with experience creates wisdom.

That wisdom lays the foundation for the spread of your ideas.

And the client starts to form a new identity for themselves that is based on your wisdom...

A new skill is established.

Then the next skill can added.

One of the reasons I focus on offers for beginners is it's a single skill.

A great offer reduces the number of skills you need.

If you have a great offer you can be a very average marketer, sales person, operator, teacher or personality and still get spectacular results.

Your clients are the same.

Now here's the thing: All skills aren't created equal.

Core skills create maximum results.

If you focus on giving them one core skill it can be more powerful than all the other skills combined.

If there's a core skill that I believe is vital to your success as a Tribemaster...

It's the skill of skill is giving other people skills.

In the knowledge economy that's the strongest defense you can build.

When you can do this you will be close to unbreakable.

Here's something to always remember:

The fastest way to create momentum for your clients is to create it for yourself and give them the ingredients.

Do that and results will flow.
