Hey there!


So yesterday we unpacked the Tribe of Customers™.


The second vital system to install in building a Tribemasters Practice

Today...


I want to unpack the third vital system system.


This is what you do to build an audience that feeds your practice with ideal customers and clients.


If you've followed my work for any length of time...


It's likely you've heard me talk about these numbers: 150, 1500 and 15,000 all based on Dunbar's Numbers:

My three numbers of 150, 1500, 15000 are simply extensions of this concept enhanced by the 1000 true fans theory.


Anyways...


Inside the Tribemaster Framework™, what these numbers mean is that when building out your audience optimally what you want is this:


150 - Circle of Clients™


1500 - Tribe of Customers™


15,000 - Audience of Seekers™


150,000 - Field of Attention™


In essence for the total success of your Tribemasters Practice, you actually don't need an audience of more than 15,000 people who know they have a problem and have chose to explore your solution.


The focus of all your audience building isn't to have millions of people on your social media platforms.


Rather it's to create a platform for ethically indoctrinating Seekers on your system.


Remember: A Seeker is just our term for someone who knows they have a problem and is actively looking for a solution to that problem.


The way to identify a seeker is with something I refer to as a Trust Amplifier - basically a short piece of content that delivers insights based on your SolutionFrame™ that give Seekers three things:


  1. Clarity
  2. Confidence
  3. A Sense of Capability


Concerning the problems that they know they have.


The goal here is not to show them that you can solve the problem.


The goal is to light a bulb in their head that makes them say to themselves: where have you been all my life.


The Trust Amplifier is delivered inside of a Trust Amplifier Platform™.


This could be a:


  • A facebook group
  • Whatsapp community
  • Telegram
  • Messenger
  • Email
  • Instagram
  • Linkedin


The Trust Amplifier™ and the Trust Amplifier Platform™ form the foundation for messaging focused on breaking, shaping and installing new beliefs in Seekers concerning:


  1. How they currently think about their problem
  2. What's possible
  3. And what's important.


We call this the Indoctrination Protocol™.

It's important for you to understand that messaging has to have a clear intent.


The Content Alchemy™ framework I teach in Tribemasters is based on messaging that designed to do the following:


  1. Get the attention of Seekers
  2. Create a high level of trust and rapport
  3. Convert seekers to customers and customers to clients


If your messaging needs difference levels of focus at each stage as shown in the Content Alchemy model above.


The final piece needed to build your Audience of Seekers™ is what I refer to as the Omnipresence Engine™.


The Omnipresence Engine™ pretty much puts you on God mode with your seekrs.


Leveraging partnerships, organic marketing and ads, you want to create a bubble around them that makes them think or assume that you're pretty much every where.


Why?


Well..


Familiarity breeds trust.


Frequency births attention.


The more they see or experience your messaging, the more they buy into it.
