Hello Everyone

This is Edward Williams again, filling in for He Who Must Be Obeyed.

Apparently my Lord and Master pushed his ancient self too far and now needs his rest. I'll be holding fort till he's rested.

I have worked with Victor for about 9 years now and whilst it is true that I wouldn't change the years I have invested with him, those of us lucky enough to work closely with him know Victor can be a handful.

In the time that I have worked with him I have learned a lot about cultivating an audience of like minded people but the most powerful for me is what he refers to as the 7 posts of social influence.

I know Victor has run a series on this before but I thought to share how I think about my favorite post: STORY

I can hear you now.

You’re like “Edward, I already KNOW this! Victor talks about it all the time.”

Well, far be it from me to correct you without actually being your coach.

But if you’re not ALREADY making it rain authentic dollars, able to wake up each day knowing EXACTLY how much money you’re going to make that day, might there be a **slight** room for improvement?

Has this ever happened to you?

You’ve got the feeling that TODAY IS THE DAY, when you finally unleash a compelling, gripping, insanely relevant story that stirs the emotions of your audience and bonds them to the best action they could possibly take, which is BECOMING YOUR CLIENT.

Five minutes into starting and stopping, writing and deleting, you feel your enthusiasm leaking away.

DAMMIT, you think to yourself.

Where’d my flow go?

After a few more minutes of torturing yourself trying to come up with something powerful, or at least palatable…

You quit.

You walk away from the keyboard feeling defeated and you go find a comfort inducing activity to help you forget that this is yet another day where you DON’T REACH YOUR MONEY AND SERVICE GOALS.

Let’s end this cycle, shall we?

Here are 5 “Magnetic Story Prompts” that will obliterate the resistance to writing powerful stories.

1. An Early Personal Disaster Which Became Triumph, Truth, and Tools.
2. Relevant Rock Bottom: When did you say “enough is enough” and begin your search for resolution?
3. The Quest: What solutions did you try (that didn’t work), and what did work instead? Identify the 3 Keys that made the difference.
4. A Red Faced Moment That Turned Into A Lesson.
5. Fear Alchemy: A time you faced a great fear and had a breakthrough as a result.

These don’t have to be novels.

They just have be entertaining, relevant, and lead to the next step on your future client’s journey to becoming a REAL LIFE, PREMIUM INVESTED, TOTALLY COMMITTED CLIENT.

Don’t overthink this!

Just scan your past for ideas.

Find one that glows brightly in your memory.

Write that.

POST IT.
