The most valuable tribemaster skill

Apr 28, 2024 8:01 am

Hey there!

So far we've shared quite a lot about the Tribemaster Framework...

What it means to be a Tribemaster...

And our two core offers:

  1. The International Society of Tribemasters
  2. Tribemasters Academy

To wrap this week of introductions up...

I'd like to share with you what I believe to be the most fundamental skill you need to be successful as a Tribemaster...

It doesn't matter what niche you're serving or what problem that you're solving...

If you don't have this one skill down...

You success is ridiculously limited.

And what's that one skill?

It's the ability to facilitate a change in thinking that leads to bigger better outcomes.

Think about it...

Every major breakthrough you achieve is pretty on the other side of bigger better thinking.

Knowing how to facilitate behavior change thought for yourself is a major key to creating your own miracles.

And when you can do it for your clients..

Well...

Let's just say "Miracle no dey tire Jesus"

Once upon a time, I was summon (smh) to sit in on a committee meeting. The meeting in question was to determine the focus of the economic policies of the country in question.

Things got pretty tense and it didn't take long for the polite insults to start flying.

The day before I'd just learned at InnocentMinds (West Africa's Foremost Trainer of NLP) a concept in NLP referred to as chunking and our trainer at the time had explained how to link it to values and decision making.

Long story short, I asked for permission to lead a process and within 30mins all arguments had ended and the room was in complete agreement about what needed to be the focus of their economic policies for the coming year.

They'd been in disagreement for a week and one simple process harmonized them.

I wasn't smarter than they were.

I just had access to better technology for facilitating change.

Now here's the thing...

The moment you understand how to facilitate this change in thinking that brings about bigger, better quality of results...

The quality of leadership that you bring to your Tribe changes...

Why?

Because every experience with you facilitates a transformation that is boarder line miraculous.

Your speaking and writing become radically better...

Your training, coaching, consulting, mentoring skills all get phenomenally better.

You ability to get people to do what they need to do to get the results that you have promised also gets far better.

And ultimately you go from expert to legend.

That's why I'm obsessed with accelerated change technologies and I'd recommend that you do too.

The good news however is that invariably whether or not you join us fully at The International Society Of Tribemasters or The Tribemaster Academy, I will be sharing quite a lot with you via this newsletter.

But to be honest, you'll be far better off joining us.

So if you're not yet at $10,000 a month and you'd like my support in getting there over the next 12 months...

Hit reply and lets schedule a time to talk this week.

If you're at $10,000 a month or more and you're interested in upleveling your practice and market place leadership game, let's take and see if The Society of Tribemasters is a good fit for you.

In other news...

This week has been hard.

I lost two people who are important to me.

First is my youngest brother, Eyo Ekpo Bassey, who passed a few days back.

I'm still a bit numb where he is concerned.

And then second is Teclaire, one of our Diamond Mastermind members who in more ways than one had become more than just a client and more like a Sister to me.

The two deaths have been hard.

But hey...

Even though I'm grieving, life goes one.

Brendon Burchard is fond of saying that at the end of life he want's to be able to say yes with integrity to these three questions:

  1. Did I love
  2. Did I live
  3. Did I matter

I'm grateful that at least where these two are concerned I know concerning me they would say:

  1. Yes I love them and loved them hard
  2. Yes we lived and we lived well
  3. Yes they mattered and I had no problems showing them that they did.

It's so easy to forget that each moment could very well be our last, as we focus on things that ultimately don't really matter.

I hope you remember that today and make that commitment to really truly live, love and matter each day.

Till Tomorrow..

Get out of your own way.

CTM
