[TDM] If I commit to a 10x goal, I'll be laughed at

Hey there

When it comes to building your practice with a 10x mindset...

It's important to realize ahead of time that not everyone will support your 10x goals and ambitions..

The challenge is....

You'll never know this until you commit to a 10x vision yourself.

That's when the people around you will decide whether...

They want to join you in a bigger, better and more exciting future...

Or leave an focus on something not quite so challenging.

here are a few things to note...

Don’t ask, tell.

Leadership isn’t about asking permission.

It’s about committing yourself to a bigger personal future.

Everyone who might potentially support you is looking to you for that bigger vision of the future.

When you commit....they will commit.

The people who will be drawn to support you...expect you to be in charge.

“Being in charge” means creating a 10x goal that comes supplied with its own electricity.

Your people want something new...

Big...

And different that gets you excited...

So they can be excited.

But remember: Not everyone wants to play the 10x game.

Some people will jump at the opportunity.

Some will say “no thanks” and leave.

And people...

Focused on bigger opportunities...will be attracted.

You might have people in your life right now that were more important in your life in the past than they will in the future...

There was a time...

When they were excited, focused, and motivated about your future.

Now not so much.

Understand that people typically are about as excited about your future as your are about it...

People who typically support you get their cues from you.

Not every one likes change.

So...

When you take on a new, bigger, and more exciting future for yourself...

You're basically giving them a change to decide what the future will look like for them.

And whether they want to be a part of that future or not.

My point?

Don't let peoples opinions keep you from the future that you deserve.

Till tomorrow...

Play a bigger game.
