3 clients = you're busy being busy

Hey there
It's been a mad few weeks healthwise for me...
But I've finally been given a clean bill of health..
That means...
I'm back to lovingly terrorizing you and your practice building.
As always...
There are changes in the works...
#nosurprisethereabi
But I'll tell you about that later...
But for now...
QUESTION:
How many marketing tasks did you try to juggle last week friday?
I'm betting it was more than 5.
Probably closer to 20.
And here you are today with the same problem:
Not enough clients.
You know what I see when I look at struggling practitioners?
47 browser tabs open.
Content strategies they started and abandoned.
A podcast with 2 episodes from 6 months ago.
And a calendar with 3 measly clients while they're Googling "how to get more clients" like it's a part time job.
Meanwhile...
The Tribemasters banking $20k+/month?
They're not smarter than you.
They don't work harder.
They don't have some secret advantage.
Here's what they have:
A system of doing 5 specific things every single day.
Not 47 things.
Not when they feel like it.
5 things.
Daily.
For months on end.
Then around month 4 or 5....
Something weird happens:
Their audience stops ignoring them.
People respond to their offers.
Conversations turn into clients.
It's what I call the Respect Cycle™
And once it kicks in, the money shows up like clockwork.
But...
And this is important:
You can't trigger it by doing everything.
You trigger it by doing the same 5 things over and over until your brain is bored out of its skull.
Problem is:
Simple doesn't feel like it's working.
Your nervous system goes haywire.
"This can't be enough!"
"I need MORE!"
So you pile on another strategy.
Add another platform.
Watch another training.
Complicate the hell out of everything.
And 6 months later?
You're sitting in the exact same spot wondering what went wrong.
So let me ask you something:
What if you don't need a better strategy?
What if you just need to do 5 boring things every day until they work?
Till tomorrow...
Get out of your own way.
Ben Settle
P.S. I've got a breakdown of what those 5 things are and how to knock them out in under 3 hours daily. If you want it, reply with: 5 THINGS
P.P.S. Fair warning: It's simple. Almost stupidly simple. Which means you'll probably ignore it and keep doing what isn't working. But if you're one of the rare ones who can embrace boring consistency over shiny tactics... reply and I'll send it.
