Hey there people!

So in the email I sent earlier with the subject: How to get them to do what you want...

I talked about the fact that trust is all about demonstrating character and competence in your conversation.

Well I figured I'd give you a tool that'll give you a head start on that.

The image above is a tool in the Community Mastery Method that I call the Tribemaster's Messaging Matrix...

It's designed to give you a clear scope of conversation ideas that over time build an insane level of trust with the people you work with and with your audience in general.

My goal starting today is share with you how stories create buy in and ultimately become the glue that bind your community together.

Everyone of us is defined...

Not by our past...

Or the events of our past...

Or the trauma of our past...

Our our hopes and dreams for a wonderful future.

Nah...

We are defined by the stories we tell ourselves about the past and the future and the meaning we create from these stories.

Why is this important for you to pay attention to?

Because....

Weak stories give way to powerful stories.

I was about 10 or 11 years old when I killed my mother.

Now I realize that I had no control over the circumstances of her death...

However for the next 18 years...

In my head, I was the son who murdered his mother...

And to compensate...

I did all kinds of things to atone for my sin.

Fortunately...

I came in contact with a man called Eshiet...

And he helped my craft a totally different identity based on principle focused standards...

STOP!!!!

Notice what's going on inside you this very moment...

Notice the emotion this has just conjured up for you...

And notice how you're starting to feel towards me THIS. VERY. MOMENT.

We are all defined by our stories...

The thing is these stories we call our own might not even have involved us to begin with...

But they represent a standard that we aspire to (and it doesn't even matter if those standards are clear or not) and as a result we adopt them as our own.

Every global movement or community is fundamentally a collection of values and beliefs reinforced by stories that we have adopted as our own...

Christianity...

Islam...

#metoo...

#blacklivesmatter

All are fueled by stories adopted by mass numbers of people as their own.

There are 7 core stories that fuel communities and movements.

These core stories when used effectively form the cord that helps to bind any group of people together...

And you'll find them listed in the life stories section of the Tribemaster's Messaging Matrix above...

They are:

In the day's to come I'll breakdown these story types and you'll understand how they work together to create insane levels of buy-in.

Now here's something critical to remember...

I mentioned in a previous email that there's an order and sequence to building out community that most people don't understand...

Can you so from zero to a million followers in record time?

Yup.

But going from no influence to being the person who's ideas people act on without question...

And leveraging that to launch, grow and scale a wildly successful and highly profitable global practice...

Is a whole other game...

And it takes time and dedicated focus.

Build trust and connection with the people you work with by consistently demonstrating strong character and high competence...

Leverage stories to lock in loyalty.
