So...

The purge is here...

That wonderful moment in time when you have to raise you hand and commit to 5 core decisions in order to earn the dubious pleasure of being harrassed by yours truly...

Here's the deal...

If you've been following the conversation since we turned 7...

We're working on building a totally brand new HPEN.

And given that HPEN is no longer a free membership...

It does make sense to ensure that the silver level is gifted to only to those who actually want it...

That said...

There are a few decisions you have to make in order to maximize your membership...

Whether it's silver, gold, or platinum...

These five decisions are core.

Decision 1: I am committed to running a successful practice.

This decision is important because without it...

None of the things I'll be sharing with you going forward will ever make sense.

If you want to run a business based on your expertise...

That's cool..

But the advice you'll get from me in HPEN will make absolutely no sense to you.

So...

Are you committed to building a practice?

Decision 2: You're building this based on your own thought leadership

Most of the people who end up following me have at least one certification or the other...

I've got Certified John Maxwell Trainers, Jack Canfield Certified Success Principles Trainers, NLP Practitioners, Facebook Certified Digital Ad Specialists, Hypnotherapists, Trauma Councellors, Emotional Intelligence Specialists, Family Systems Engineers etc...

The list goes on and on...

But here's the thing...

Whilst all these certifications are great...I've got a ton of them myself...

The only thing that really gives you leverage in a practice is YOUR IP...

Intellectual property that you own.

If you're not committed to developing your own intellectual property...and just want to leverage other people's thought leadership...

HPEN isn't the place for you.

So...are you committed to building your practice around your own thought leadership...your own IP?

Decision 3: You're going for Black Belt

In the community mastery method™, we use a martial arts grading system to plan out revenue growth...

So pretty much starting at white belt which is $10,000 a month all the way up to blackbelt....

Going for black belt means that you are committed to three things:

First is revenue: you want to build a practice that brings in $60,000+ a month or $720,000+ a year working with 1 or 2 support staff.

Second is lifestyle: you want to do work you like, with people you like which ever way that you like.

Third is legacy: you want to fulfil your purpose and make the difference that you were set on earth to make.

Going for black belt means that you don't compromise on any of the above.

So I'm saying...

We're going to get well paid....but we're not going to kill ourselves doing so.

We're going to make a difference in the lives of people but not at the expense of getting paid...

And we're going to do all this by living life by design..living the kind of life that we want.

Now..

I get that that can be a bit confronting...

I mean...

We've all had the experience of reaching for certain ideals and failing...

But going for black belt means deciding to go all in 100% on revenue, lifestyle and legacy...making a difference...

And it's not a decision to be made lightly.

If you don't make that decision...

I doubly guarrantee you will be offended by the conversations we will be normalizing inside HPEN.

So...

Are you committed to going for black belt.

Decision 4: Are you using the cluster strategy

In building a coaching, consulting or any other business based on selling your expertise...

You'll hear a lot about funnels...

And for business...

That's the core strategy for growth.

In building a practice using the community mastery method...

Our core strategy for growth is building a cluster...

A cluster is essentially an offer that you take to market...

It's the final thing you deliver to your clients in exchange for money...

Most of us are comfortable with taking forever to get something to market...

With the cluster strategy we say...get to market in two weeks ...

And over a period of 3 months...97 days...

Find out if it's viable or not...

If it is...yay!!

If it's not...lay it to rest and take something else to market.

Once you have something that works...

Focus on that and get it to $10,000 a month.

Once that is done...

Your job is now to launch a new cluster, each and every quarter...

Each cluster designed to bring in $10,000 a month.

We don't do funnels...

We do clusters, conversations and community to grow our practice.

So...

Are you committed to doing things differently using the cluster strategy?

Decision 5: Are you taking this journey with us at the Highly Paid Experts Network

Every other decision feeds into this one.

Are you going to actively join this community.

I believe the best way to develop the mindsets and the behaviors and the actions that you need to create the kinds of results I've been talking about...

Is to be a part of a community where these kinds of conversations are normalized...

We're saying...

You literally don't have a practice until you're at $10,000 a month...

That's not normal...

We're saying forget about funnels and focus on clusters...

That's not normal...

We're saying cross the threshold of wealth $150,000 a year as soon as possible...

That's not normal...

Charge $5000 to $10000+ for a day of your time...

That's not normal...

But it needs to be normalized.

Having it normalized...pretty much makes it a possibility in your own life.

The community meme for HPEN is this:

Are you inspired by the company you keep?

There are two things to note about that...

First is being around people who are inspiring...

Second is YOU being an inspiring person...

And that can't happen if you are in HPEN just to get and not also give.

There are many other communities that you can be a part of for free..

You can go there and be passive...

But HPEN doesn't work like that...

So...

Are you taking this journey with HPEN or are you going to go focus some where else?

These are the 5 decisions that YOU have to make today...

And don't make them lightly.
