Hey there


"Victor he's on board, he just needs his wife's agreement." = Nope. He's a NOT.


"She's a yes, we are working out how she can create the money." = Nope. She's a NO.


"He's a yes, he's just got to find the money." = Nope. He's a NO.


"I'm in." = Not until the money arrives in my bank account. 


"Let's have our first session and I'll make payment in the next few days." = Nope. 


"I just got the Alat!" = Yep. That's a Hell Yes!


This isn't rocket science....


You don't have a paying client until your client has paid you. 


So what on earth do you do?


1. SERVE. POWERFULLY. 


I serve everyone I work with as much power and impact as if they were a $50,000+ client. 


I don't hope to myself that they will become a paying client. 


That's giving in order to get. 


I serve powerfully. Period. 


Constantly. 


People can feel the difference when you come from pure service. 


2. FILTER. FIERCELY.  


I won't work with just 'anyone'.


I have some very strong filters for my ideal clients. 


My clients have a bias for action, they invest in their professional development, they have a desire and a track record of making an impact.


Plus, they are fun! 


I put ALL my attention on serving people so powerfully that,,,,


If they REALLY want to work with me....


They'll find a way to create the money. 


3. INVEST. IN. YOUR. GROWTH 


It took me 6 year to create the money to pay Janet as my coach.


My annual personal development budget is more than my budget for travel!


If you want to create high-performing, high-paying clients you'll need to invest significantly in your own professional development.


That includes investing significant time and energy, too. 


4. COLLECT. NOs. 


If you want to create high-performing, high-paying clients you need to practice collecting NO after NO after NO.


You need to build your muscle for hearing the word NO and moving forward with grace.


[HINT: NO is an acronym. It stands for Next One!] 😉


A client of mine runs an NGO. I gave him a challenge at a workshop years ago. 


I challenged everyone to make some money over lunch. 😱 


BUT their real mission was to serve people, collect NOs, fall and make mistakes. 


This guy FAILED. 


Miserably. 


He made three separate offers. Each of them for N1,000,000. 


He got two Hell No's and the third person never even returned his call. 


On the outside he was disappointed and a little embarrassed. 😳


But something changed on the INSIDE of him that day. 


In my line of work...


It's the deep, internal shifts that really make all the difference. 


That man has now been a member of my community of high level leaders for 4 years.


He now raises millions for his NGO, EVERY YEAR. 


At a recent Intensive, he stood in front of the room and shared with us all the impact of that day. 


He said that over that lunchtime challenge he lost his fear of hearing the word NO. 


And he lost his fear of making a multimillion offers
