The Email Ben Settle didn't write

Hey there ,

So apparently yesterday...

The almight King of Marketing sass wrote my email for me...

But...

What actually happened was...

I included a quote from Ben and added attribution...

Than I decided it wasn't a good fit and deleted it but left the attribution in place..

Then hit send without vetting...

Sigh...

You'd think after 30+ years at this...

Anyways...

It is what it is...

Yesterday I spent some time auditing some practices...

All stuck between $3K and $7K monthly.

All working hard.

All making the same mistakes.

Here's the one I see most:

The Multi Platform Hustle.

You're posting to Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube.

Someone told you to maximize your reach.

#bevisibleorgohome

#rollingmydreamyeyes

Here's what actually happens:

Your attention scatters across 5 platforms.

Each gets 20% effort.

20% effort = 20% results.

Every algorithm rewards consistency.

Punishes sporadic posting.

The result?

You're exhausted doing everything.

Making money on nothing.

Meanwhile...

Tribemasters banking $20K+ monthly?

They picked one platform.

Mastered it.

Made it profitable.

Then expanded.

One platform.

Not five.

And get this:

That's mistake #1 of 12.

The others?

Just as deadly:

Giving away complete systems for free (trains people to never pay).

Nurturing leads for months (they cool down, not warm up).

Keeping programs always open (kills urgency dead).

One-price-fits-all (leaves 70% of revenue on the table).

Building complex funnels for months (instead of selling with a simple 2 page document today).

Each mistake costs you money monthly.

Most practitioners are making 8 of them.

Here's what I realized:

These practices aren't stuck because they don't know enough.

They're stuck doing things that feel right but don't work.

Good news:

It's fixable in a week.

Not "read 40 books" fixable.

Just stop doing what doesn't work.

Do what does.

Problem is:

From inside your practice, these mistakes are invisible.

They look like best practices.

They look like what everyone's doing.

They look smart.

Until you audit yourself and go:

"Wait. That's why I'm stuck."

So here's my question:

Which mistakes are you making?

And what's it costing you?

Chew on that.

And till tomorrow...

Get out of your own way.

CTM

P.S. I broke down all 12 mistakes, how to spot them, and the exact fix for each. Want it? Reply: MISTAKES

P.P.S. Warning: Some of these fixes contradict everything you've been taught. Which is probably why you're stuck. If you can handle that, reply and I'll send it.
