Don't follow up.

Once they buy in, selling is unnecessary - CTM

Hey there

Question: why do we compete?

Go on - take your time.

I'll wait. #sipscoffee

Here's the answer:

To create opportunities and to a large extent cash out from people who are not particularly like minded.

Here's the thing though...

The only way to do that is through price.

Specifically - ridiculously low prices.

How else do you attract people who are not like minded to try your stuff?

But what if you decided that you weren't going to be competing with the rest of the market any more?

What if you decided that you were going to create your own market of like minded people!

I'm talking about your very own private market of people who:

  • Have totally bought into what you're about
  • Are committed to talking full advantage of your offers
  • Have no problems in helping you spread your message and work

That my friend is called an ethical monopoly.

And it's done by building three tiers of relationships over time:

  1. Your circle of clients
  2. Your tribe of customers
  3. Your audience of seekers

And just to show you what's possible...

Yesterday I was having a conversation with a member of Tribemasters

She hasn't started building her tribe of customers yet or her audience of seekers.

Her circle of clients consists of 6 clients...

One corporate and 5 private individual clients.

Here current run rate is N60million a year.

And that by the way is recurring revenue.

All done by simply focusing on her best quality relationships.

It's her connection and high value service to this small community that gives her permission to make as much as she does and potentially more before the year runs out.

Ever since I restarted this newsletter...

I've made quite a few offers and opened up opportunities for people to connect or invest in themselves though the offers I make.

Quite a number take me up on my offers.

A few say not now.

I've not met any who said no out right.

But...

I don't follow up.

I'll answer as many questions as needed to establish it's the right fit.

I'll explain anything that isn't clear.

But I won't follow up with someone I send an offer to - unless they are already clients.

And in that situation I bring up the conversation because It's essential to the work that I do with them.

But with everyone else - Nah!!!

Yeah..

I know...

This goes against most common 'sales' advice

The money is in the follow up - they say.

But...

I've rarely found that to be the case.

I've found the money for everyone is in the evolution of your IP and the experience you create for your customers and clients and seekers.

The money's not in the follow up - the money for everyone is in the evolution of your IP and the experience you create for your customers and clients and seekers.

That spending energy on improving the product, results and enjoyment of your clients and customer compounds.

The feedback to improve the offer still comes from the buying questions.

And you can get endless amusement out of the weird objections and the excuses of the chronically indecisive and skeptical.

You want dynamic products that create their own gravity - in other words products by default attract and keep the right people.

Like minded people.

Tribemasters (short for The International Society of Tribemasters) will be the no brainer total support system for a very unique set of experts committed to making a difference and engineering movements that initiate change all around the world.

It will have the best training, community and mentorship.

The investment and value will climb.

If your products and offers evolve and improve then you won't need to follow up.

Make the offer and then get back to creating for value for the folks who invest with you.

And you'll see that demonstrated over and over as I build this out live in front of you.

Speaking of offers...

If what I've just shared resonates with you in anyway...
