When someone opts to work with me for a year...

After traumatizing them with my customary Toilet-Flush™ onboarding program...

I usually tell them that "they've entered one chance"...they just don't know it yet...

For those of us not Nigerian...

That's my fond way of letting them know they've gotten into a positive never ending loop they literally can't escape from...

Till today I wonder they laugh when I say that #evillaugh

Anyways...

My inspiration for that positively compelling bit of wisdom is life...

As far as life is concerned...

We all have one chance...

No one is getting out of this loop alive!!

We all get just one life.

One life to enjoy...

One life to experience..

And ultimately one life to f#@k up!

That's why your playing small does not serve you, nor the world.

I totally believe that YOU exist to win, create, construct, contribute, exceed expectations and to inspire excellence.

Question: Do you believe that?

You can rise to great challenges...

You face your fears...

You can unleash your greatness…

But...

Will you?

Here's the deal...

If you don't get in the game...

Try your hardest and take great opportunities...

Or allow your dreams to become realities...

You will never realize your true potential.

And as far as I'm concerned...

That's too a heavy price to pay.

So dream big, go all in, don’t be afraid to fail, and certainly don’t be afraid to succeed.

I’m convinced the number one reason why people do not follow the advice I provided...

Is because it's so simple people literally convince themselves that it's got to be more difficult than it actually is.

The toughest part of success and achievement at all levels...

And particularly in this game of becoming a high profile, highly paid person of influence in your field...

Is simply giving yourself permission to play a bigger game...

Staying focused on your goals...

And just keeping your commitment to your commitment.

And if you are not deciding to do that this very moment...

When exactly are you thinking of doing that?

Yesterday I had a delightful conversation with one of my students in my current 30 day challenge...

After our conversation...

She sent me an email with this...

Thank you Mr. victor for stretching the muscles in my brain today.

One of the people in that building overhead my discussion with you and wanted to subscribe to 6th sense parenting because of his 3 years old child.

I charged him 1.5 million for 3 months. He sounded interested if I can give him discount and also promised to get back tomorrow after discussing it with his wife.

WAWU!!! I CAN'T BELIEVE THE AUDACITY IN MY VOICE WHILE PITHING IT.

What changed?

She suspended disbelief...

The important thing isn't whether or not the person eventually pays...

The important thing is that...

She gave herself permission to reach for more than she was use to..

It was scary...

She didn't have all the answers...

But she had the most important thing...

The courage to reach for more in spite of her fears...

In the end that's all that really matters...

It's what separates those of us who will eventually change the world...

From those of us who will not.
