You need to create some kind of experience that stops people...

Introduces a possibility...

Or/and inspires action.

It could be a new research that's been released..

Dieting research has been launching fitness movements for as long as I can tell...

It could be...

A natural disaster.

Or it could be engineered by you...

Such as the launch of a new experience, solution, product, brand or even a documentary or online video.

The Highly Paid Experts Network was launched with a series of tweetchats, that were facilitated by the amazing Emeka Nobis.

These tweetchats brought me to the attention of a lot of people and ultimately Steve Harris.

His tweetchat with me brought me the attention of Alibaba and as a result a lot more people.

Fast forward a year of tweetchats and I had a very focused audience that I invited to the Highly Paid Experts Network.

The Occupy movement was born out of the collapse of Lehman Brothers...

A bank that the world thought could never fail.

Ideally...

Find something that transforms the world’s belief of what’s possible.

And yes it does require a certain level of creativity and strategic planning to...

Create an inciting incident that stops people...

Introduces a new possibility...

And inspires action.

Here's a comprehensive list of ways to engineer such moments...

Just because I'm cool like that. #halleluyahsoundtrackblaring

Quick note: There are a huge number of launch strategies but I'm just going to focus on the ones that lend themselves to the successful launch of an MBE™

Here are our 21 top strategies...

Webinar or Live Workshop: Host a live online event where you provide valuable insights or training, leaving attendees eager to take action.

Social Media Challenge: Launch a viral social media challenge that encourages people to participate and spread a message or support a cause.

Book Release: Publish a book that challenges conventional thinking or provides a fresh perspective on a topic, generating buzz and discussion.

TedTalk or Public Speech: Deliver a compelling speech or presentation that challenges the status quo and inspires a call to action.

Charity Event: Organize a charity fundraiser or event that highlights a pressing issue and provides a platform for people to contribute to a solution.

Art Exhibition: Curate an art exhibition that addresses a relevant social or environmental issue, sparking conversations and reflection.

Documentary Film Premiere: Create a documentary film that sheds light on an important topic and premieres it with a screening event.

Community Discussion Forum: Host a public forum or panel discussion with experts and stakeholders to explore innovative solutions to a problem.

Awareness Campaign: Develop a comprehensive awareness campaign that utilizes multiple media channels to reach a broad audience and drive engagement.

Online Challenge: Launch an online challenge or competition that encourages participants to come up with creative solutions to a problem.

Crowdsourced Initiative: Create a platform where people can contribute ideas, solutions, or resources to address a particular issue collectively.

Artistic Performance: Stage a captivating theatrical performance, dance, or musical production that conveys a powerful message and elicits emotional responses.

Interactive Exhibit: Design an interactive exhibit or experience that immerses participants in a new perspective or possibility.

Influencer Collaboration: Partner with influencers or thought leaders in your field to amplify your message and reach a broader audience.

Social Experiment: Conduct a social experiment or awareness stunt that captures public attention and prompts discussion and action.

Community Building Event: Organize events that foster community and collaboration, encouraging individuals to work together toward a common goal.

Challenge Convention: Boldly challenge conventional wisdom or practices, presenting a compelling argument for a new way forward.

Guerilla Marketing: Use unconventional and attention-grabbing marketing tactics to draw public interest and engagement.

Simulated Experience: Create a controlled but impactful simulation or experience that allows participants to walk in the shoes of those affected by a particular issue.

Product Launch: Launch a groundbreaking product or service that solves a pressing problem or fulfills a need, and showcase it through a well-publicized event.

Protest or March: Organize a peaceful protest or march to raise awareness about a critical issue or advocate for change, inspiring people to join the cause.

Public Art Installation: Create an eye-catching art installation in a public space that conveys a powerful message and encourages contemplation.

What I've done above is create options that can cater to the breath of expertise and interests represented by TDM subscribers.

And now...

My work here is done.

Till tomorrow..

I'll share about the power of manifestos and how they influence people to join and pledge loyalty to your cause willingly.

I'll also share with you the TribeMaster's Manifesto...

The document that not only contains our rallying cry for the Community Mastery Method™ but also our values, beliefs and makes a case for being a tribemaster rather than a thought leader, expert or influencer.

Till then..

Get out of your own way.
