Turns on or turns off.

Adds or subtracts.

Nothing is neutral.

Regardless of size or purpose…

Everything has consequences.

Everything matters...

This is the golden rule of excellence.

Adopting this rule…challenges us to sweat the small stuff.

To grow and evolve…

We must examine the smallest details and nuances…

Those which in the past may have made our performance poor...

Or...

Even contaminated our character and reputation.

No matter how we define and measure excellence…

It will always consist of exceptional quality...

Meticulous attention to details…

And uncompromising standards.

Excellence is respected, admired and appreciated.

It serves as the reward of those unwilling to accept anything less than their absolute best.

World-class results are the product of world-class habits, intentions and activities...

From start to finish...

The main characteristics of success are found in the details.

Making everything you think, say and do count…

Takes deliberate effort, immense discipline, along with a deep reservoir of commitment.
