So...

Here's the story I promised...

But first a bit of context...

Folashade or Shade as I love to call her, runs a practice that brings in upwards of $450,000 a year..

She lives in the Netherlands and I've been working with her since January of 2020...

When we started...

She was doing roughly $5000 to $7000 a month in income...

So she's come quite a long way.

Her major goal was to make enough to gift her husband with the choice of leaving his job to do something he loves at anytime he chooses without having to worry about money...

She achieved that last year.

And yes...

She totally loves me.

Like me and most of my clients...

She works from home.

Anyways..

Of those days we were on zoom having a session when she starts sharing...

CTM my biggest struggle is my husband and kids don't treat me like I have a serious business.

I mean the other day I'm having an interview...

When my son barges into my office space shouting: Mummy is the Ijebu Garri Finshed?!!!

Sensei...

Honestly all I wanted to do was stand up and slap the nonsense out of that boys head!

Before the meeting I'd showed him where the garri was...

Now he was coming back to ask me...

And I was having a live interview with BBC!!

Is it too much to expect them to just respect me a little?!!!

Shade and I spoke a little longer...

And I shared with her a number of the distinctions inside the Results Engine™

But I share her story because the realities of being an achiever is you don’t wait for perfect.

And it bothers me big time when I see some of the ridiculous promises made by so called "thought leaders", influencers and course creators online on instagram...

They seem to say that life can be perfect....

Smh...

NOT True.

You and I know about real life...

We know for a fact that it's not and never is perfect...

We know it happens in non-ideal situations.

Non-ideal circumstances.

And non-ideal environments.

And...

We both despise BS.

That's probably why I end up attracting the highest quality people like you...always.

I'm talking about...

Hard-working...

Honest...

Smart and ambitious people.

Like. YOU.

Now..

While I can't solve the "Mummy is the garri finished?" problem.

I can help with the mindset, strategy and focus to carry on carrying on..

Especially when you don't feel like it.
