I used to whine a lot about the economy..

Then one day Janet shut me up:

Victor any serious entrepreneur knows that if they’re stuck today, it’s not the economy. It’s them. They ‘get it’ that this is not a statement of blame. It's actually the opposite: It’s an acknowledgement of a power and ability to do and achieve far more than they’re achieving today.

But eventually I adjusted my thinking and I am better for it.

You see...

If you’re doing several million Naira a year, or multiple six to seven figures in dollars a year...

You could double, triple even 10x your sales and the economy wouldn’t notice.

Read that again - slowly.

If you’re at N2,000,000 and you grew to N200,000,000...

Do you seriously think would that attract the attention of the central bank?

Would it affect the interest rates?

Would the unemployment numbers change?

Nope.

Even in the so called recession...

The economy is so big that it can easily support your dreams.
