Hey there
So we finally made it to level 5.
The best clients and customers are typically the ones who come back again and again and again...
Unfortunately they also tend to be the ones we take for granted the most.
At level 5 the goal is to...
Grow your sales and profitability by making it easy for your clients to buy other products and services that will help them get what they told you they want.
Even better: After your first product helps them to one level of success, now you should be the one to help them get to the next level.
But that's not all...
The goal is also to leverage from the people we all tend to take for granted the most when our practice explodes...
I'm talking about your past and current clients.

So...
How exactly do you do that?
Well...
First and foremost..
You should be building community with your current and past clients.
If you're not...
That right there is a serious money leak....
Lemme share a lil something with you...
Currently this email goes out only to the total number of people who have attended BAW (the online version in Nigeria)...
I have a list of about 3000 worldwide who have taken the workshop...
But specifically for the workshop I promote in Nigeria to my audience...
That's a total of 168 people...
Small list right?
Well here's how this list has performed in the last few weeks...
My Abuja 3 day VIP intensive for 5 people @ N450,000 - sold out
My 4 week SolutionFrame booktcamp @ N250,000 - sold out
I action plan consultation @ N2.5million - booked.
That's just a little over N5million in side revenue for sending a quirky email every morning whilst sipping on my bulletproof coffee.
No facebook posts...
No instagram...
No twitter...
And absolutely no hard sell.
That brings us to the second thing...
It's not just enough to build community around your customers/clients...
You also have to consistently present relevant offers.
And if you watch what I do...
It's possible to do that in very cool ways.
Speaking of offers...
When starting out...
Only make one offer consistently.
And ideally it should be something priced at $3000, $5000 or $10,000+ private one on one or done for you programs.
Once you're settled at that end bringing in $10,000 a month.....
Then you can consider group programs and low ticket offers a primary source of revenue...
Now don't get me wrong...
Can you offer low ticket offers at any point in your practice?
Of course...
But remember...
Every decision comes with consequence...and a price.
The price in the case how long it'll take for you to cross the threshold of wealth: $150,000
So what do you need to look out for or avoid in order to make this work?
Don't offer the wrong back-end product or service.
A lot of people will abuse their relationship with their clients and try to sell them anything they can.
Be very selective.
It must be comparable in quality to your original product and it must in some way match the theme, or image that you’ve established.
In other words....
If I'm all about helping you become a high profile, highly paid person of influence in your field...
It would be weird for me to offer you a 60% discount on my 21 day potbelly challenge...

Another mistake I see a lot of people making is this...
Treating everyone in your audience and database the same.
That's why I don't mix lists.
I understand that the vast majority of people in my total audience are at different places in relation to me..
Some don't know i exist even though we've been friends on facebook for years...
Others are vaguely aware of what I do...
Others still are pretty interested in the Community Mastery Method but are still checking it out..
Others still have jumped in with both feet...
It would be madness for me to say the same thing to everyone of these..
And yet...
Isn't that what most people do?
Are you then surprised that people sign up to be on your mailing list and don't ever open your emails?
That's why I only allow people who have invested in BAW to be on this list...
And even at that...
If you don't meet my criteria for being a subscriber to my list...
You're off!
It's as simple as that.
I only want to be in front of people who are actually interested in what I have to say...
You should consider doing the same thing to.
