Hey there!


So yesterday I left you with a thought exercise and that was to simply consider this:


Develop a reputation for being right

My point being that this was central to engineering trust.


First you engineer trust.


Then you earn it.


And finally fight tooth and nail to keep it.


That's order you must think about it as a Tribemaster.


And it starts with developing a reputation for being right.


Now just before I get into unpacking this, please be aware that developing a reputation for being right doesn't mean be a jerk...


All communication must be done from a place of absolute ecology or everything I'm saying here backfires in pretty nasty ways.


Now that's out of the way....


As a Tribemaster, everything we do starts and ends with a framework and this is you key to developing a reputation for being right..


If your framework is flawed...


Your thinking is flawed...


If your thinking is flawed...


It cannot be trusted.


You must have a validated SolutionFrame.


You'll find a profitable process for validating your SolutionFrame inside my book, The Tribemasters Practice.


Let's assume you've locked in a pretty super SolutionFrame...


You don't want to develop the reputation for being right with everyone just yet...


What you want is to develop it with your clients first...


And that means listening to them and responding to what shows up for them based on your SolutionFrame.


Now this is very important...


Why?


The more confidence they have in your SolutionFrame, the more likely they will own the implementation of it.


So you almost always want to turn them back to your framework.


Next...


Once you're crystal clear about where they are and their challenges...


Give them recommendations for actions to take.


Now pay attention...


Now let's say I'm giving you directions to a building...

I wouldn't just say...


Go down this road...


At the end turn right and follow that road and you'll see a white how at the end.


That's the house you're going to.

No I won't do that.

I'd say...


Follow this road down to the end...


It's a very long road and at some point you might start thinking maybe the directions are wrong...


But keep at it.


About 10mins in you'll see a sign post on your left just in front of a grey building...


Once you see that know that you're just a few minutes to the end of the road.


If for any reason you don't see the sign post, the grey building will be there. It's the first and only building on the road....

In order words...


I'll tell you what to expect on your journey based on my framework.


Every time I tell you what will happen...


And exactly that happens...


I create belief inside you and expand what you think is possible for you.

Pretty soon by default...


Every word from my mouth becomes a self fulfilling prophesy for you.


Not because I'm super smart...

Now...


Think about that for a moment.


So you start with your clients and develop a reputation for always being right.


And they will speak for you passionately behind closed doors you do not qualify to enter.


They will open doors for you and fight to keep those doors open for as long as you need them too.


Once you have the trust of your clients...


It's now time to take this to the next level.


Remember you job in building a Tribemasters Practice is to simply create, and keep customer?


You create customers with content.


You keep them by facilitating movement towards a future they want.


Now here's something else...


Every bit of content that created trust with your clients...


Invariably will create trust with your customers.


For instance...

So share the insights you've gleaned from working and proving your SolutionFrame...

Write...


Get on media...


And you'll start to scale trust on a massive scale.


Developing a reputation of always being right.


So now you've engineered trust...
