About tonight's meeting...

It's looking like I wouldn't be able to make it on time...

I'm currently at an NLP training at Innocentminds Training...

I thought I'd be able to leave before 5pm but it doesn't look that way now...

And that would affect tonight's meeting.

Could we please move tonight's meeting to Monday 15th 2022 instead?

I'm so sorry for the rather abrupt change in plans.
