are you uncopyable?

Hey there ,

So...

Here's a quick story about why most IP fails.

And what's actually underneath the IP that works.

Last week I was reviewing someone's DSS...

If you're new to my world...

That's Tribemaster speak for Distinct Solution System™...

The primary IP that sits behind everything you do.

#sipscoffee

Well..

This DSS looked impressive.

Professional models.

Clear methodology.

Well named components.

But something felt off.

So I asked him: "Why does this matter to YOU?"

Long pause.

Then: "It's what the market needs. And it's profitable."

#evillaugn

That's the problem.

They built IP from the market up.

Instead of from themselves out.

Most people build IP like this:

See what's working in market

Copy the structure

Rename the components

Launch it as their own

Then...

Wonder why it feels hollow

Smart people aka Tribemasters build IP like this:

Know what they actually value

Let frameworks emerge from that

Express their values through IP

Launch it

It feels authentic because it is

Market driven IP is copyable.
Priority driven IP is defensible.

AI makes market driven IP worthless.

Because AI can:

  • Generate frameworks
  • Create methodologies
  • Design systems
  • Package information

But AI can't have priorities.

Only humans can.

So the only IP that survives AI is priority rooted IP.

Most IP talks about layers like this:

Layer 1: Philosophy

Layer 2: Frameworks

Layer 3: Methodology

But there's a layer underneath philosophy.

Layer 0: Your actual priority.

Not what you think you should prioritize.

Not what the market wants you to prioritize.

What you actually prioritize when forced to choose.

This is the root system.

Everything else grows from it.

Skip this layer and you're building on sand.

Or in the imortal words of the ever lasting philosofer sage TuFace Idibia...

Ya On A Long Ting!!!

Here's how you know if your IP is priority rooted:

Ask yourself:

"Could someone copy my frameworks perfectly and still fail because they don't prioritize what I prioritize?"

If yes

Your IP is defensible.

If no

Your IP is just market driven information that anyone can replicate.

Here's something else you should know about Priorities...

Or Rather #1Priorities™ as we refer to them in The Way...

It evolves and that evolution protects you.

For years...

My #1priority was power.

Defined as: ability to produce results.

Built IP around high performance and fast results.

Everything was just fine...

Until it wasn't.

Felt hollow.

Burned out.

Attracted fun but wrong clients.

Not because the IP was bad.

Because it was rooted in something that was no longer a #1priority for me.

#selah

Then I started paying attention.

I looked at what I ACTUALLY chose since 2020.

Not what I wished I chose.

What I actually chose.

Turns out my #1Priority had evolved.

It leaped from power to wisdom - thinking, communicating and behaving in way's that create the outcomes that I want.

I struggled with accepting that evolution.

But once I did..

Everything changed.

Same market. Same skills. Same expertise.

Different priority.

Rebuilt my IP around thinking, communicating and behaving in way's that create desired outcomes .

And Just like that...

The Community Mastery Method™ became The Way Of The Tribemaster™

That shift from "power" to "wisdom"?

Changed my entire practice.

Different clients. Different IP. Different revenue. Different energy.

Same person. Same market. Same expertise.

Different root.
Different fruit.

Your priority is underground.

But it determines everything that grows above it.

Don't build without it.

Besides...

You can't build defensible IP from market demand.

You can only build it from your actual priority.

Market demand tells you what to OFFER.

Your priority tells you HOW to offer it.

Get the priority wrong and everything feels off.

Get it right, and everything flows.

Anyway.

Thought you should know.

In case you're building IP that feels hollow.

Or struggling with competitors who copy everything.

Or burning out even though you're successful.

The root might be the problem.

Not the branches.

Till Tomorrow

Get out of your own way

P.S.: Tomorrow...The Tribemaster's IP Playbook goes live. If you jumped on the offer I made yesterday...you'll have your access codes delivered to you by 6pm WAT when it goes live. Thank you for your faith in me. I do not take that for granted.
