So later today I'm having a brand new client come in to work with me.

She's coming in from Ghana and has an Actionplan Consultation booked.

Her goal is to go from $350,000 where she is now to $1.5million over the next 24 months.

And she's going to get there working 3 to 4 days a week with just one manager.

She desperately needs a plan.

She's done phenomenal work in her space but up till now she's been stuck around the $350,000 space.

I'll be working with her on just 3 things.

First will be her messaging.

Switching from an offer based messaging to a values based messaging.

Meaning we flip from focusing on her SolutionFrame™ to focusing on her Distinct Solution System™ which is crafted from her values.

We want her people to buy into that so she can build a movement populated by people obsessed about a common future.

Messaging is the first thing we look at.

Second thing I'll be working on is helping her change her current business model to one that is more in alignment with who she is today and who she needs to be for her market and goals.

In the Tribemaster Frame we have 4 basic models and 12 working combos of them.

This will invariably change her offers.

The major thing being that I'll move her from making multiple offers related to one product..

To one core offer supported by speaking, authoring and mentoring.

The Core offer will be based on my perfect stack model™

All goes according to plan - and it will - she'll be doing $1.4 million in new income over the next 12 months.

And $1.8million in recurring revenue within 24 months.

Working 3 to 4 days a week with just one staff.

The final part of this would be the mindset piece for making this happen.

I'll help her clear out current blocks and lay out a plan for keeping subconscious focus on the plan.

Naturally at the end...
