Your practice accelerators

Hey there!
I'm pretty excited about today...
Mainly because tonight at 7pm WAT I will be teaching my workshop on How to launch a Successful Coaching and Consulting Practice that Thrives in any Economy.
I'm excited because it's one of those time bites of wisdom that I really truly want to get out to as many people as possible.
And once you understand it...
You access a level of personal sovereignty that you never actually thought possible.
And by that I mean an expanded opportunity to create the quality of life that you want.
Normally I'd build this up over a number of days...
But I'm so excited I'm just going to jump right into it.
Here's the model for some perspective:
There are 9 accelerators that you MUST turn on in the right order to build a wildly successful and highly successful global practice.
Once turned on you gain the ability to:
- Get ideal clients
- Charge premium rates that you market will not contest
- Build quality and deep relationships with your market opening up more opportunities for you as a Tribemaster.
Accelerator 1: SolutionFraming™
You're probably sick of hearing me talk about SolutionFrame™.

Good.
That means you're starting to get how important this is in creating a tollgate positioning for yourself in your space.
And just in case you're new around these parts...
A SolutionFrame™ is your wisdom organized into a transformational solution.
It's not a course even though it can be a basis for one. It's organized intellectual property designed to solve a very specific problem.
It's the basis of the leverage you get in building a Tribemasters Practice.
Accelerator 2: Ethical Trust Engineering™
This is fundamentally about 3 things:
- Creating an environment for establishing rapid rapport with seekers (people in your market who know they have a problem, haven't solved it and are actively searching for a solution)
- Amplifying the trust gained through rapport
- Leveraging that trust to create True Believers (Die hard believers in your methodology or framework)
The most amazing part of this is: Do a good job here and you'll never have to sell anything.
Your people will buy by default.
Why?
Because investing in themselves through your framework becomes the tollgate them MUST pass to the future they want for themselves.
Now understand this - you've got to do this with the highest level of ecology.
If you don't, any success you create will be short lived.
And once you lose trust engineered in this way....

Accelerator 3: Value Based Conversation™
One of the most important distinctions you must have is that today influence isn't about persuasions.
It's about facilitating the conversations your people have with themselves and with each other concerning the future you represent.
Master the conversations.
And you own your own market simply because people will give you space in their heads by default.
Once you have that..
Everything else is relatively easy.
Value Based Conversation™ is another one of those cool things we have inside the Tribemaster Framework™ that empowers you to help people act in their own best interest without being pushy.
It's a conversation you facilitate that helps people identify the:
- Dangers in their future
- the opportunities available to them
- and the strengths they have yet to take advantage of
Done well it gives people a very clear plan about their future and positions your SolutionFrame™ as the resource they need to get there and you as their perfect guide.
These 3 accelerators when installed create what I refer to as a Circle of Clients™.
And if this was all you did...and did well
You'd get to $10,000 a month within 4 months.
But this is just stage 1 of your launch.
