The 8-step install (and why it works every time)

May 07, 2026 5:32 pm

Hey there,

Third story, then the system.

Corporate learning expert.

14 years of experience.

Serious track record. Warm network. Senior people already trusted him.

But he hated “selling.”

He refused to do “marketing.”

His exact words:

“I’m not a content guy. I’m not going to dance on Instagram.”

Fine.

He didn’t have to.

Because his real problem was not visibility.

His real problem was that his trust had nowhere to go.

People already respected him. People already referred him. People already knew he was capable.

But because he didn’t have a clean offer, he kept getting vague “consulting” opportunities that underpaid him, overextended him, and made every engagement feel like a custom rescue mission.

That is what happens when trust exists without structure.

So we ran the 8-step install:

  1. Lock the #1 Priority
  2. Distill the DSS
  3. Define the Big Jump Problem
  4. Design the SolutionFrame
  5. Build and price the Bridge Offer with a ₦1m+ floor
  6. Write the one-page sales doc
  7. Run the Trust-to-Demand rhythm
  8. Capture proof and install the scoreboard

By Week 6, he had his sales doc.

He sent it to 14 people in his warm network.

That led to 5 conversations.

He closed 2 clients at ₦2.5m each.

Two clients.

₦5m.

On a ₦900k investment.

Inside the sprint window.

No ads.

No funnel.

No daily posting.(He had an amazing network)

No pretending to be a motivational influencer online.

The reason this works is not because the steps are clever.

It works because it is a sequence, not a pile of tactics.

Every step removes a specific bottleneck that keeps experienced experts under-monetised.

You cannot price properly without a Big Jump Problem.

You cannot write a powerful sales doc without a SolutionFrame.

You cannot activate demand if people do not know what to buy.

You cannot run a Trust-to-Demand rhythm if there is no bridge offer for that trust to enter.

Skip a step, and the next one weakens.

That is why most experts stay busy but underpaid.

They are doing activities.

They have not installed the practice.

Most “offer programs” hand you templates and hope.

This is different.

You install in order.

The outputs stack.

And when they stack properly, trust finally has a commercial path to follow.

Tomorrow: how fast this actually moves.

Doors close Sunday.
