The Throne Is Empty So Why the Aren’t You Sitting on It?

Mar 14, 2025 7:07 am

Hey ,

So yesterday...

I hosted The 4hr Practice™ Workshop for members of IST (The International Society of Tribemasters).

The core idea?

There are only 5 fundamentals that matter when it comes to running a practice in today’s world.

Nail those, and the rest takes care of itself.

No wasted energy.

No spinning wheels.

No endless content headless chicken nonsense.

Just a machine that pays you like clockwork.

The result?

If you execute, your current monthly income becomes your daily income.

Read that again.

I'll wait. #sipscoffee

Let it sink in.

You don’t grow incrementally, you multiply.

And yet, even after breaking this down, I know some people will still hesitate.

They’ll tinker.

They’ll “get ready.”

They’ll tweak their offer for the 47th time while someone else...

Probably less talented...

Definitely less experienced...

Claims the space that should’ve been theirs.

And that’s the real problem.

It’s not a lack of skill.

Not a lack of knowledge.

It’s hesitation.

Here's The Cold Truth: If You Don’t Seize the Throne, Someone Else Will

Right now...

Literally right now...

Someone in your space is making their move.

They’re not better than you.

They might even be dumber, less capable, way more reckless.

But here’s the thing...

They’re bolder.

While you’re stuck in your head...

Still “perfecting”...

Still second guessing....

Still trying to get your messaging “just right”...

They’re staking their claim.

And once they do?

You’re done.

Because the market doesn’t reward skill...

It rewards who gets there first and owns the damn space. #forgivemyefik

If you wait, you lose.

So here’s what you do instead.

1️⃣ Own the Identity Before You Feel “Ready.”

Forget “building credibility.”

Forget waiting for the right moment.

Forget thinking you need some kind of external validation.

Who told you that?

And why did you believe them?

No one is coming to anoint you.

There’s no special committee granting titles to the “most deserving.”

You either claim it or someone else does.

So here's what you do:

  • Pick a battle. Challenge a deep-rooted industry lie, one that makes people uncomfortable when you tear it apart.
  • Drop the generic labels. "Coach" means nothing. "Consultant" is invisible. Call yourself something that cracks the damn pavement when people hear it.
  • Make them remember you. If someone can copy-paste your positioning onto another expert and it still makes sense, you’re already losing.

What NOT to do: Keep “gaining experience.” Keep studying. Keep waiting.

Perfection is the graveyard of dominance.

2️⃣ Master Your Craft Faster Than Anyone Thinks Is Possible.

Here’s a secret no one admits...

Most “experts” are just parrots.

They’ve memorized someone else’s talking points, repackaged them, and now they hope no one notices.

But the market does notice.

And when real pressure hits?

They fold.

You can’t afford to be one of them.

If you’re going to start at the top, you need to become undeniable.

Here's how you do that:

  • Steal from the greats. Not in a lazy way. Do the work it takes to strip down their thinking and rebuild it even better.
  • Run into the fire. If you’re not being challenged, not getting pushback, not engaging in fights that force you to sharpen your sword...you're coasting. #sipscoffee
  • Teach before you feel ready. If you can’t explain it, you don’t own it. Clarity comes from friction.

What NOT to do: Hide. Lurk. Stay in “learning mode” forever.

The battlefield doesn’t care how much research you’ve done. It only cares if you show up ready to fight.

3️⃣ Engineer Demand Instead of Chasing It.

Here's another colossal lie:

“Just put out valuable content and people will come.”

#evillaugh

No. No, they won’t.

Not unless you make them need you first.

The rich don’t chase. They position themselves so others do the running.

Here's what to do:

  • Understand That Selective Fame beats mass fame. A million views don’t mean a damn thing if they’re the wrong people. But 100 of the right people? That’s an empire.
  • Get in the real rooms. Power isn’t built in comment sections. If you’re not where the real players are making moves, you’re invisible.
  • Make your name the standard. When people use your terminology—when they quote your philosophy—you’ve already won.

What NOT to do: Play the algorithm game. Beg for engagement.

The market respects architects, not street performers.

Here's the thing.

This is where most people freeze.

They read this.

They get inspired. They nod and say, “Yeah, CTM this makes sense.”

Then they go back to doing exactly what they were doing before.

That's how you lose!!!

You have a choice.

💀 Option 1:

Keep waiting.

Keep tweaking.

Keep second-guessing yourself.

Meanwhile, someone else...

The one with less skill, less experience, but more audacity...

Takes what should’ve been yours.

🔥 Option 2:

Decide.

Right now.

Claim your position, execute relentlessly, and build a practice that multiplies your revenue like The 4hr Practice™ Method where your current monthly income becomes your daily income.

It’s not luck.

It’s not “timing.”

It’s taking the throne before someone else does.

So, which will it be?

Your move.

Get out of your own way

CTM

P.S. If you’re actually serious about executing on this, I'll be sending an email later today about how you can get my War Manual. No vague theories. No BS platitudes. Just the exact steps to start at the top—and make damn sure no one can take your place.
