Here's a fun question..

What do you love about yourself..?

If you're like most people, you're probably going to give me a long list of your accomplishments..

And right there is the problem.

For most of us...

Our business is our identity.

There's literally no sense of self outside our business.

Really sad.

So take some time out to answer that question...

Not from an achievement point of view.

But really from a "what do I love about me" point of view.

That said..

There are no business problems..

There are only personal problems.

It's what's going on in your head that determines what you're able to do with and in your business.

If your marketing sucks...

All things equal...

It's because you don't know yourself.

If you're having difficulty with sales...

It's because you really don't believe you deserve that level of sales.

Whatever money you currently have in your bank account is a reflection of what you've believed you're worthy of to this moment.

And the foundation of all that is how much love you have for yourself...

The quality of relationship you have with yourself..

How much of yourself you accept as good.

Radical self acceptance is a powerful thing.

Amongst other things...

It kills off shame and gives you the ability to be really truly authentic online.

It's the very foundation of self love.

So again today...

Answer that question: what do I love about myself?
