So sorry I didn't make it yesterday...


Personal stuff got seriously in the way.


But all is well in my world again.


Over the last two days as we're in the 2nd sprint of the 97 day challenge...


I've seen more people hit the $500 and $1000 mark for a consultation...


And it "so amazing" (to quote a jamilarism) to watch people breakthrough their own stories to create new realities for themselves...


By just simply being decent human beings...


No funnels...


No social media posts...


No hyping and posturing...


In the Certainty Workshop....


It's pretty cool to see the effect of the Certainty Protocol on those who have taken the time to go through it...

Yesterday...


I took sometime out to share with our 97day peeps something I call the Opportunity Lens™...


It's a framework for analyzing what opportunitities are most likely to lead you in the direction that you want to go with the leat amount of downside...


But it's also can be applied to you as a person when you realize that you are an opportunity waiting to happen to someone in your market place...


And to be the best option...


The one where you know that you know that you know...


That if this person doesn't do everything in their power to work with you...


They are either braindead or just plain stupid....


To have that level of conviction...


You have to be able to rate yourself in relation to your market in at least 4 different levels no matter what it is that you offer or sell...


What are those 4 core areas?


  1. Do you help them save time?
  2. Do you help them make money?
  3. Do you help them save or reduce cost?
  4. Do you help them keep their commitment to their commitment?


You need to know where your "competition" is in relation to you as far as these questions are concerned.


No matter what your niche is...


You need to be able to say yes to these question in very clear specific terms and at the highest level possible...


Why?


For conviction...


Conviction is what makes that difference that makes a difference.


It's the thing that make you know that you know that your know...


And it's a powerful form of Stealth Influence.


Now..


Remember when I said I'll share how to speak to value systems?


Here's me keeping that promise...


All value systems can be trace back directly or indirectly to time and money.


And when it comes to creating transformational content or communication especially online...


You need to understand that you are primarily servicing two kinds of people...


People who value time over money...


People who value money over time....


And your content has to be design to cater to both.


The people who value time over money will make you a profit...


Those who value money over time will help you spread and distribute your content...


Both will make you go viral within the circle of people who need to know you.


You don't want to go viral in the general market place...


That comes with it's own complications...


But you do want to go viral within your audience and tribe.


So you need to be careful not to disrespect both parties.


When you communication is rushed and you're all about making the offer...


You disrespect those who value money over time...


When your communication is slowed down and you take forever to educate...


You disrespect those with money who value their time.


So what do you do?


How do you find a balance?
