Tracking your hourly rate?

Hey there

How was your weekend?

Mine was pretty wild.

My Diamond Mastermind mastermind members decided to celebrate Teclaire's life and accomplishments...

She's been a member of the mastermind since 2016...

4 cities, across three countries and a whole lot of dancing.

Through it all I couldn't help but be grateful for the life I lead - thanks to the Tribemaster Framework™.

How else could I have met these amazing people.

Wisdom/mastery, relationships, money, systems and mindset...

The core pillars of Power that make up the Tribemaster Framework, gives any one who takes what I teach seriously - an incredible unfair advantage.

Case in point...

I skipped a step when I started consulting.

I never charged an hourly rate.

I was advised early on by my mentor Janet that it was a trap.

What I do instead is charge for the day or for results. (By the way I go deep into pricing in my book the Tribemasters Practice - click here to get a copy of you haven't already)

Turned out to be life changing advice.

Here's something most of us don't understand:

What you charge isn't what you earn

Kamdan..

Let me explain.

Many times the work you do for clients doesn't have any clear boundaries around it...

And so while you can charge on what you're delivering on...

There's a lot of time spent on client work that is not chargeable.

If you really think about it...

50-60% of your time is spent doing things that aren't billable.

There's one metric you need to identify and optimise to grow:

Your Effective Hourly Rate

This is simply identifying the actual time spent on something you get paid for.

This is how you leverage yourself when productizing your experience and expertise.

And so for members of Tribemasters who are developing $3000 to $25,000 offers, it's not unusual for this to quickly climb over $1000 per hour.

Imagine how powerful that would be for you.

Assuming you currently charge the equivalent of $150 an hour (about N250000)

Imagine what it would mean to charge and get 4x that with ease.

Here's an example with real world numbers.

You spend 20 hours developing assets for a $5000 90 day offer.

You add spend 10 hours on 15 sales calls that generate 8 sales generating $40,000 in sales.

You spend 30 hours delivering to this small group over the 90 days.

60 hours total at $666 an hour.

For most people...

That is a big shift from what they are used to.

But in Tribemasters...

It's just the baseline.

When you kick off your next 90 day delivery, your asset is already created and your delivery time drops as you're more skilled.

Hello $1500 an hour.

Building assets that maximise effective hourly rate is why there are experts who make $30k a year and those who make $720+...

Even though they have basically the same skill set and serve exactly the same market.

That's the kind of leverage you get when you implement the Tribemaster Framework™.

You can give yourself a pay rise tomorrow with the right plan.

If you want help, you know where to find me.

Till then...

Get out of your own way.

  3. You've been around a while, gone past the $10,000 a month mark but You're stuck and would like to break through to $25000 to $80,000 months. Then the International Society of Tribemasters might just be right for you. It's a $10000 a year investment. Again, hit reply and let's talk.
  4. You are a high performer doing $100,000+ a month and you want private support to achieve seemingly impossible goals over a 12 month period. ProjectXponential might just be right for you. It's a $50000 a year investment with very strict criteria for joining. If this is you...let's talk.
