[TDM] A secret I wish you didn't know

Psst...!

....

Let me tell you a secret...

And no...

This is not my dirty little secret...

That comes much later...

I absolutely love Chichi Eruchalu!

Why?

Well...

Aside from the fact that she's a drop dead gorgeous..

Independent...

Incredibly intelligent...

Stong black woman with natural hair...

She's a shining example of who you need to be to set off a mind virus.

For those of you wondering what I'm blabbering about...

Chichi is a graduate member of Expert Business School.

Anyways...

A while back...

She did an amazing fblive broadcast about her first year going full time as an entrepreneur...

In that Video....

Chichi embodied the 5 traits all people who create mind viruses consistently demonstrate..

First...

Humility...

You don’t want to be seen as a big ego-driven...arrogant person..

You just won't connect with people.

Second...

Vulnerability..

You've got to be someone who owns their humanity

Third...

One of us...

Sharing a common pain and path cultivates believability.

Forth..

Trustworthy...

People need to believe what yousay

And finally fifth..

The Desire to serve...

Lead by a true desire to serve.

That's who you need to be to be able to infect people with your mind virus and build a powerful community around your message.

Every community needs a leader...

Whether it's you or someone else...

It's important that who ever is in charge learns to embody these traits if they want to succeed.

Now that that's done..

Let me tell you a perfectly disgusting story for absolutely no good reason...

Ready?

Once upon a time...

I wore the same underpants for a month...

Yep...

I did.

#thuglife

When I finally got round to taking them off and washing them...

The water stank so much...

I was afraid to put my hands in it...

Finally I got over that...

Washed the demonic underwear...

And hung them outside to dry...

Now that's not a big deal...

Except for the fact that my pesky younger brother had broadcast to the whole neighborhood what I'd done...

And people came from far and near to see my demonic underpants.

At first it was annoying...

The teasing was relentless...

But after a while...

It didn't matter any more.

My point?

When most of us think of building community...

A major problem we tend to have is the fear of no longer being in control..

And having every body's nose in our business.

I've learned however that you're always in control...

You determine just how much exposure you get or don't get.

Till tommorow...

Get out of your own way.
