A few years back...

I was invited by a client for dinner at La Grande Table Morakaine...

At marakesh...morroco.

It was a surreal experience...

But here's what stood out for me.

There was a menu...

And I was quite comfortable zipping through that...

But my host asked me a pretty interesting question:

Why bother with the menu when there a chef winning to make you anything you want...

Well about an hour and just under $4000 later...

I ticked a few dreams off my foodie dream bucket...
