Yesterday at SHINE was fun!!

When I got home yesterday and was documenting the day...

One key lesson stood out:

Simply commit to producing a result for your clients and get paid in advance for doing so...

Question: But CTM what if I'm not sure I can produce the result?

Answer: Commit to producing the result.

Question: CTM...that's not in alignment with my values. Isn't that 419?

Answer: Nope. If you don't produce the result..simply refund the money. But get paid in advance.

We complicate things for ourselves by the sheer number of stories we tell ourselves...

Stories that have absolutely no basis in facts.

You need to watch that.

Till tomorrow...
