The Unexpected Lesson That Almost Broke Me

Hey there
Last night was interesting...
So there I was with my little girl when she starts complaining of a pain in her thigh...
I let the nurses know about it but they're all about "let's observe her till morning"
The challenge was it got progressively worse...
So I did my thing...
I figured I'd run a protocol on her and get rid of the pain.
Normally I'd run something the awesome Freddy Jacquine created called The Arrow...
And it's pretty effective.
But instead I decided to run my own protocol.
Towards the end...
The pain dissapears as expected but she starts having an episode...
My first thought: Did. I. Just. Shatter. My. Daughter's Psyche?!!!
To be honest I almost panicked.
But I managed to hold it together and run a few tests to figure out what was going on...
Turns out at some point my lill girl misinterpreted my suggestions and imagined something else...
So I reconfigured the suggestions...
And in no time...
She was back to normal...
Episode stopped...
Pain taken cared of...
And then I put her to sleep...
Stayed by her side till this moment as I type this out to you...
Grateful for the skills that I have.
Why am I sharing this?
Here's the thing...
This moment with my little girl reminded me of something every high-level expert must understand:
First mastery isn’t just about control, it’s about correction.
Even when you know what you’re doing...
Things can go off course.
The difference between an amateur and a true master is the ability to course correct quickly and precisely.
Second influence is precision.
It’s not just about what you say or do...
It’s about what the other person perceives.
Just like my daughter’s episode was triggered by an unintended suggestion...
In business and influence, miscommunication can have unintended effects.
Third your skills are your greatest asset, refine them constantly.
What saved the situation wasn’t just knowledge...
It was the ability to adapt and apply my expertise under pressure.
That’s what separates high paid, high impact professionals from the rest.
This is The Way of the Tribemaster™.
If you want to build a wildly successful and highly profitable global profitable practice…
If you want to not just be skilled but be sought after…
Then you must master your method...
Refine your influence...
And use your expertise with care.
That’s the difference between those who struggle and those who lead.
Stay sharp...
But most importantly...
Get out of your own way.
