If there's anything that really want you to be clear about as I share with you daily..

It's this:

THERE IS NO ONE RIGHT WAY TO BUILD A SUCCESSFUL PRACTICE. BUT THERE'S A WAY THAT IS PERFECT FOR YOU.

That is what's at the core of the Community Mastery Method™.

My job is to help you find it.

And once you do...

Hustle...disappears!

We do “all the stuff” because we THINK we “have to.”

We’ve been taught that we “have to.”

Or we assume we “have to.”

We see all the ads in our feeds, claiming to have the solution to our scaling problem.

We see what “everybody else” is doing.

Humans learn by modeling other humans.

It’s part of how we’re wired!!

So we see all of this stuff, and are told all of this stuff...

And whilst all these "things" work...

For the most part...

It's simply well meaning bad advice because they're general and they haven't taken you into full consideration.

I'll get into this a lot more some other time...

But let’s take a second and peep “under the hood” of selling stuff, yeah?

(Notice my pseudo-brit thing...no? #sigh)

Anyways...

If we really GET how our stuff gets sold… we can start to see other possibilities.

Years ago, when I was starting out….

Janet taught a simple equation:

“Offer + Traffic + Conversion == SALES”

This is basically how you sell stuff.

You have an OFFER (the thing that you’re selling).

Then you put it in front of the right person (“traffic”).

Then you have some way to “convert” the people who get the offer… into BUYERS.

They go from NOT having heard of you, to… “Biko...what's your account number”

This is “conversion.”

Do that, you make a SALE.

Once you have all three pieces, you then can INCREASE the traffic…

And your practice grows.

The problem?

Most gurus influence you to invest way too much time doing two of the three things..

Making your pitch (conversion)…

And put it in front of MORE people (traffic).

And yes...that works...

But here's something better: Spend more time fine tuning your offer.

And I'm not just talking about: Hey there! Here's my transformational program. Pay me $5000 because I said so!

That reeks of self and is a very tough sell.

Yesterday I had a graduate of the 97 day challenge reach out to me.

She was going to be making an offer for a 12week program at $3500.

And she was freaking out.

So I asked her " What makes this program worth $3500"

Can't remember exactly what she said but the distinct impression I got was that her lack of conviction about the value of her program pointed to an even deeper issue...

She hadn't really thought out her offer.

Long story short...

We dug into that and about 45mins later had an offer that was in alignment with who she is and comes from an internally authentic place.

Now she's back on track.

If you can DEMONSTRATE to people that you can solve their problems…

By actually helping them achieve a small but significant RESULT…

The ones who are MEANT to solve their problem with you, using YOUR methodology…

Those people will GLADLY sign up for your $3k, $5k, $10k or 20k programs "plenty talk talk"

Every offer needs a “conversion mechanism”...

The thing that “makes the sale.”

MOST people are using things like webinars, launches, long sales pages and complicated sales sequences to “convert” more “cold traffic” into “buyers.”

Instead of all that...

I like to focus on keeping you in your lane.

Have a Hot Offer that sells itself.

Do your thing.

Help clients get RESULTS.

Then, it’s EASY to invite them into the next thing.

And you don’t plenty english to do it...

So how do you start to apply this right away?

Well...

Here's a taste of some of what I'm going to be working with my clients in the 97 day challenge to create in order to easily create, sell and deliver high ticket transformational programs at $3000 - $10,000 per client...

Step ONE: Create a SHORT program you can sell

I call this a Bridge Program™ because it's typically the first step experience with you on the journey from where they are to where they want to be.

Step TWO: Help your clients get a meaningful RESULT in the Bridge Program™.

Step THREE: Invite them into your $3000 - $10,000 program at the end of the Bridge Program™ (Note: 80% of those people you invite will say yes.)

Step FOUR: Rinse and repeat until you have your $10k plus per month in recurring income – i.e. banked in advance.

As you can see, this is pretty SIMPLE.

Instead of posting all over social media...

You’ll design your OFFERS to sell themselves, effectively cutting your marketing in half.

Consider this…

We’ve ALL bought something...

Sometimes very expensive things...

Because it was EXACTLY what we wanted or needed, (I.e., it was a HOT Offer.)

If that “something” meets your needs, and helps you get the RESULT we’re looking for…

That CHANGES your relationship with the person or company who sold it to you… forever.
