Something you need to know

Hey there people!

So I changed the home link for our campus.

If you've bought any programs from me and tried to access the campus with the previous link...

It wouldn't work...

Please click here to access our campus...

All logins remain the same.

Every now and again for security reasons...

I find changing things up protects you and me.

Yesterday we had our quantum leap experience session...

Here are a few distinctions we shared:

Truth #1: You Don't Have a Motivation Problem

You have a roadmap problem.

Everyone wants to sell you on clarity about your goals.

But here's what they won't tell you:

Knowing what you want is worthless if you don't know what to DO on Tuesday morning at 9am to get it.

The confusion isn't about desire.

It's about daily activities, weekly priorities, and quarterly milestones.

Building the roadmap is the work.

Everything else is mental masturbation.

Truth #2: Your Personal Development is Performance Art

Are you....

Falling asleep to affirmations?

Binge watching motivational content?

Collecting Instagram quotes in a journal?

Congratulations.

You've successfully turned self improvement into Netflix.

Active engagement means you question what doesn't work...

Adapt what fails...

And measure what matters.

The gap between consuming and doing is where weak people die.

Truth #3: Systems Beat Scrambling Every Single Time

When the market tanks, the deal falls through, or the launch flops, you either:

A) Panic and chase shiny new tactics...

or...

B) Execute the system you built for exactly this scenario.

Those without systems react.

Those with systems execute.

The difference?

One planned for failure before it arrived.

The other is googling "how to save my business" at 2am.

Truth #4: Your Journal is a Graveyard

Ten insights per page.

Zero implementations per week.

Congratulations on your beautiful collection of unused intelligence.

Do this instead

Pick 1 to 3 items.

Execute them.

Repeat.

More insights don't create more money.

More implementation does.

Your journal doesn't pay invoices.

Truth #5: The $150K Test

Here's how you know if a goal is real or fantasy:

Would you choose it over a guaranteed $150,000 cash?

No hesitation.

No conditions.

Just: "Yes, I'll take this goal over the money."

If you wouldn't...

It's not your goal.

It's your wish list.

And wishes don't require work.

Goals do.

Truth #6: Hourly Rates Are For Amateurs

Every hour you charge for is an hour you can't get back.

You're trapped in time arithmetic.

Charge for access instead.

Your availability becomes the asset.

Your time becomes elastic.

The client pays for the option to use you, not the appointment itself.

This is how you decouple income from hours.

And why most consultants will die broke and exhausted.

Truth #7: Recurring Calls Are a Scam

Nothing says I don't trust my value like forcing clients into weekly calls whether they need them or not.

On demand access means:

They come when they have real work.

You show up when it actually matters.

Every interaction is high-value.

No filler.

No "just checking in."

Regular appointments are therapy for your insecurity about whether they'll come back.

On demand is confidence.

Truth #8: Your List is Fat and Lazy

10,000 subscribers who don't buy?

Congratulations on your vanity metric.

500 handpicked people who match your exact client profile?

That's a business.

Growing a list = amateur hour.

Curating a list = professional money.

Quality > quantity.

Always.

Truth #9: Tired Decisions Are Expensive Decisions

Making strategy calls at 9pm after a full day?

You're guaranteeing bad choices.

Peak work requires peak energy.

Protect your best hours for your best thinking.

Everything else can wait.

Or get delegated.

Or not get done at all.

Tired you is your biggest competitor.

Truth #10: Copying Morning Routines #$@T!!!

So...

One guru laidat wakes up at 4:37am...

Does 83 minutes of breathwork...

Journals in Sanskrit, and drinks butter coffee.

So you try it.

And wonder why it doesn't work.

Here's why:

The principle matters (prime your mind).

The prescription doesn't (do it at 5am for 45 minutes).

Adapt to your stage and circumstances.

Or stay broke following someone else's recipe.

Truth #11: Drift Kills Faster Than Failure

Missing one day isn't the problem.

It's the week that follows.

Then the month.

Then the quarter.

Small inconsistencies compound into catastrophic derailments.

The discipline isn't perfection.

It's catching drift before it becomes disaster.

Most people wait until they're drowning to notice they stopped swimming.

Truth #12: Your Actions Are Snitching On You

You say you want the business.

Your Tuesday says you want to scroll LinkedIn.

You say you're committed to the goal.

Your calendar says you're committed to comfort.

Your actions reveal your true intentions.

They always do.

They always will.

Stop performing commitment and start doing the work.

Or admit you don't actually want it and choose a different goal.

Both are fine.

Lying to yourself is not.

Truth #13: Five Activities, Zero Excuses

What does it take to build a N75million ($50,000)n a month practice working from home and in the no so shiny part of lagos?

Just five things done daily over and over and over again.

  1. Serve clients
  2. Communicate with your list
  3. Make daily offers
  4. Grow the list (quality, not quantity)
  5. Have conversations

Do these five things with intent and consistency.

That's it.

Not complex.

Not sexy.

Not new.

But you won't do them.

Because simple doesn't sell courses.

And consistency doesn't make for good Instagram content.

Look...

When things get hard...

And they will...

You either execute your system or scramble for tactics.

Those with systems keep going.

Those without systems keep starting over.

The system includes:

  • Clear goals not wishes
  • Daily/weekly/quarterly structure not vague intentions
  • Proactive protection against known failure points not reactive panic
  • Ways to catch drift early not damage control later

The work isn't getting inspired.

The work is building structure that makes inspiration optional.

But structure is boring.

And boring doesn't get likes.

So most people will chase motivation instead.

While people like me and other tribemasters build systems.

And bank deposits.

Do yourself a favor...

Get out of your own way.
