“Implementing Tribecraft will turn an email list of 165 subscribers into a $3.5million annual income in the middle of the pandemic”

Hey ,

I want to tell you a story today.

It’s a story about the night I realized size doesn’t matter.

#getyourmindoutofthegutter #sipscoffee

And how that single insight changed the way I built my entire business, forever.

Years ago...

I thought the only way to make big money online was to get big.

Big audience.

Big team.

Big marketing budget.

I pictured myself finally hitting $100K/month…

But only after growing to hundreds of thousands of followers...

Running ads...

Hiring sales staff...

Building a sales plan so complicated it looked like a NASA launch plan.

And I bought into it.

✅ I tried cold outreach.

✅ Ran complicated automations.

✅ Built sales pages that converted at 2% if I was lucky.

✅ Took sales calls with anyone who would listen.

I was tired.

Worse?

My audience was cold.

Skeptical.

Transactional.

Always one bad experience away from a refund request.

I had built a business...

But....

Not a world people wanted to belong to.

One night, I was up at 2am...

I was watching YouTube videos for “inspiration,”

Half hoping for some guru to whisper the secret that would make it easy.

Instead...

YouTube did me a favor.

It autoplayed an interview with a creator I’d never heard of who was making $150K/month with less than 100K followers.

He wasn’t doing cold outreach.

He wasn’t running ads.

He wasn’t even taking sales calls.

He was just…talking.

Sharing his world.

His values.

His methods.

His life.

He didn’t sell products.

He sold belonging.

It Hit Me Like a Brick

The biggest creators weren’t just marketers.

They were world builders.

Tribemasters.

Think about your favorite creator.

You don’t just buy from them because they had a special offer.

You buy because:

✅ You know them.

✅ You trust them.

✅ You want to be like them.

✅ You see yourself in their world.

It was like realizing I’d been speaking in a foreign language to my audience this whole time.

That night I turned a page in my notebook....

I wrote one phrase in big letters:

You don’t need a mass audience. You need a cult of true fans.

And I mapped out what that meant.

That's the night Tribecraft was born.

Here's the high level version of it...

1️⃣ BUILD A WORLD

People don’t buy your product. They buy your world....

Ask yourself:

✅ Who are the characters?

It’s not just you.

It’s your friends, family, clients, mentors.

Make them real.

✅ What are your interests?

Turkey?

Martial arts?

Coffee?

Talk about them.

They’re beacons that attract your tribe.

✅ Where are your sets?

Your office?

Your gym?

A blank wall?

Name them.

Show them.

Make them familiar.

✅ What are your beliefs?

What hill will you die on?

For me: Power, Influence, Sovereignty, Freedom. Autonomy.

✅ What’s your IP?

Name your method.

Make it yours.

Mine?

The “Way of The Tribemaster”

✅ Who are your enemies?

Call them out.

For me: Funnels from hell. Hype and Idiots with money

When you make these choices, you’re not selling a service.

You’re inviting people into your world.

2️⃣ TELL YOUR STORIES

Stories create trust, intimacy, and connection.

✅ Your Origin

Why do you believe what you believe?

For me....

Nah...don't get me started. It's a story for another day.

✅ Your Vision

Where are you going?

I want total time and location freedom.

I want to be the best.

✅ Your Mission

What’s your current goal?

This year I helped my clients generate over $2 million.

My ultimate goal is a tribe of 1000 tribemasters who happily gift me $100,000 a year.

✅ Your Customer Results

Your clients are the heroes.

Show them going from stuck to thriving.

3️⃣ PROVE IT

Talk is cheap. Show it.

✅ Relatable Downfall

Tell them when you failed.

✅ Phoenix Rising

Show them you changed.

✅ Track Record

Why should they trust you?

I’ve consulted for brands like Chanel, Pizza Hut, Lloyds....

Worked with some major financial insititutions at a high level.

Did I mention I served as strategic adviser to 4 African Presidents?

I didn't?

Never mind.

✅ Aspirational Identity

Define who you help them become.

Tribemaster vs. Business Builder.

✅ Your Code

Write it out. Make it clear.

  • We believe in trust, depth, warm outreach.
  • We reject spam, churn, complexity for its own sake.

Once I committed to this model:

✅ My content became easier to make.

✅ I never worried about “hooks” that felt fake.

✅ My DMs were warmer.

✅ My sales were simpler.

✅ My profit margins went through the roof.

Because people weren’t buying my offer.

They were buying...

My world.

My beliefs.

My transformation.

My vision.

They weren’t customers.

They were allies.

If you’re serious about mastering Tribecraft...

✅ 1. Define your world.

Characters, interests, sets, beliefs, IP, enemies.

✅ 2. Tell your story.

Origin, vision, mission, customer results.

✅ 3. Prove it.

Downfall, rise, track record, aspirational identity, code.

✅ 4. Make a ton of content about it.

For 2+ years.

If You Only Remember One Thing…

Don’t sell services. Don’t sell products.

Sell belonging.

That’s the real difference between a cold audience that ghosts you and a cult of true fans that will follow you anywhere.

If you want to build a brand that doesn’t rely on sales calls, spammy DMs, or paid ads…

If you want your clients to stay for years...

Pay you more...

And feel like friends…

Then do this work.

Because when you do?

You don’t need to chase.

They’ll want to join.

This is The Certain Way.

Get out of your own way.

PS: I wrote a book called the Tribemaster's cook book and I'll be turning it into a 90mins resource from members of TribeCraft. I'm going to be hosting a live recording of it. If you'd like to be my guest. Hit replay and let me know.
