So yesterday we started a conversation about something in the Tribemaster Framework™ the I refer to as the SoulWinning Strategy.

Why?

Because done well...

Leverage.

Power in my world is the ability to produce any result I want when I want.

Influence in my world is determining how people think about a matter

Leverage is getting more with less.

The better I get at soul winning...

The better I get at increasing my power, influence and leverage.

How do you create this?

Well...

Here's a formula I want you to keep in mind:

Clarity + Connection + Consistency = Insane Loyalty

You have to start with a clear mental picture of who you need to be for your people in order for them extend a high level of trust to you.

And then regulate your behavior and how you show up as needed.

This CMP (clear mental picture) regulated how you interpret and share information from your past and present.

Once you have you CMP set up...

It's simply a matter of creating a context for engaging with your people inside your Trust Amplifier Platform™.

And ultimately...

Doing what you say you will do..

Finishing what you start..

Saying please and thank you...

And showing up on time.

That's essentially how it's done.

Obviously there are nuances to applying this.
