Well yesterday we had the first of the trainings designed specifically for buyers of my book, The Tribemaster's Practice.

The training was about: How to launch a coaching and consulting practice that thrives in any economy...

I talked about the 5 systems you need to think through in order for you to effectively launch....

But the Icing on the cake was a 28 mins rant about what I refer to ask Code $10k...

And that's a framework for going from $10,000 quarter to $10,000 an hour within 24 months.

I figured I'd bust it out here for you, just incase you missed the training.

So with that out of the way - here's how you do it.

First you need to understand that in a Tribemaster's practice your primary job is to create and keep a customer.

Understand that and the rest of what I'm about to share starts to make a lot of sense.

STEP ONE: Create and validate your SolutionFrame

The idea is to have a SolutionFrame that you sell for $3000 to $10000.

There are only 4 things people, organizations and governments pay that kind of money for:

1. Things that help them make money...
2. Things that help them save money
3. Things that help them stay out of jail or trouble
4. Things that improve their lifestyle

A SolutionFrame build around one of these 4 things will command the pricing that I'm talking about.

Once the SolutionFrame is created, use the validification process in my book, the Tribemasters Practice to validate it.

Now validating your SolutionFrame isn't done for free.

You want...

3 people willing to pay you $3500

2 people willing to pay $5000

Or just one willing to pay $10,000

To get the results your SolutionFrame promises.

The goal is to get this done over a three month period.

How do you do it?

Again - follow the validification process I share in my book.

This will get you to $10,000 a quarter.

STEP TWO: Launch a Tribe Builder that helps you scale conversations

A Tribe Builder is pretty much either a book or a workshop.

Create a book or a workshop based on your SolutionFrame that gives you the opportunity to start building a Tribe of Customers that you can build a relationship with.

If it's a book - think no more than 12,000 words - you want something than can be consumed in 2hrs max.

Have a pitch at the end inviting them for a conversation with you.

If they're a good fit - enroll them in your program

If it's a workshop think 3 to 5 days based on your SolutionFrame:

Day one introduces your framework

Day two focuses on Stage one

Day three is all about Stage Two

Day four is all about Stage Three

Day five is all about Tying everything together and next steps.

Obviously I prefer a 5 day workshop mainly because it the easiest way to create a bond with your customers.

For a three day workshop...

Adjust accordingly.

Charge for the workshop and run it every 6 weeks.

Invite participants to a conversation with you and make them and offer for next steps if they're a good fit.

With just 20 people in the workshop per time, if you've done a good job...

And depending on your price point...

One sale every six weeks at $10,000

2 sales at $5000

3 sales at $3500

Puts you at $10k a month.

Now obviously it's not linear...

Some months will be better than others...

But keep the routine and the math will math.

That's how you go to $10,000 a month.

Step 3: Run your LAPS

This is all about leads, appointments, presentations and sales.

The idea is you want to be in front of 50 people a week, so you can generate 10 conversations and ultimately make one sale.

That's the math you have to be mathing in your head

How?

Well you create a lead generator - typically a template or checklist or cheatsheet...

Something that's useful and easy and quick to consume to create a lead.

You make the lead and offer to buy your book or come to your workshop or both.

And invite them for a conversation with you.

Create a platform for connecting with your customers...

Make offers - relevant offers to them periodically...

And enroll those who are a great fit into your program.

This will put you at about $10,000 a week.

Step 4: Scale with Ads

Now you have a system that works and is predictable.

Run ads to generate more leads...

That you convert to customers...

Who eventually become clients.

$150,000 a a year is just...

15 clients at $10,000

30 clients $5000

50 clients at $3000

This typically is spread between 12 to 24 months as you build capacity.
