[TDM] 10x growth doesn't mean 10x bigger

Hey there

Sorry this is coming late...

Had to multitask a bit this morning as I'm headed for NLP practitioner training at Innocent Minds...

Yesterday...

We started the conversation about growing 10x.

Here's the mindset to have:

It’s not necessary to have a 10x bigger practice to achieve 10x bigger results.

In fact, it might actually be more possible for you to grow 10x with a smaller practice.

That will come from maximizing every opportunity you already have for continual

multiplier improvements.

So how do you get started?

Pick something in your practice where there’s growth potential.

Start with something small and grow it 10x as quickly as possible.

Now you have a proven 10x capability.

Then do it again with something bigger.

This is what it’s all about.

10x is a capability—the ability to take anything and grow it 10x.

Here's something else...

Bigger results with less cost.

The whole point of 10x is a growing ability...

Both for you personally and for your practice.

You keep getting things done faster, easier, cheaper, and bigger.

That’s the 10x formula.

As your 10x capabilities grow...

You keep getting bigger and better results with less cost all round.

The goal is to develop the capacity to radically multiply the value of anything you're involved with.

A few years back...

It wasn't even possible to think in terms of 10x improvements...

But today because of technology...

A lot is possible for you and me and experts.

But those possibilities are available to you only if you come to market with a 10x mindset.

Till tomorrow...

Play a bigger game...
