When you are the whole problem
Feb 08, 2024 7:56 am
Hey there!
Every now and again, I reminded just how powerful trust is.
Yesterday...
I had a meeting with my partner...
Just incase you've forgotten...
I shared in an earlier sprint report that I'd partnered up with a client to create "The Quantum Leap Experience".
It's a 5 day personal and business breakthrough experience designed to help ambitious entrepreneurs and leaders get out of their own way and breakthrough to a whole new level of success and achievement.
It's priced at $5000 and limited to a small group of 10 incredible people.
It's coming up in June and if you'd like to be a part of it - hit reply and let me know.
Anyways...
So there I was on zoom with this amazing lady and she's all business and ready to go...
But as I'd already told her that yesterday's meeting was going to be about me since she'd made our previous meeting about her...
I'd signed into zoom with the name: The Whole Problem.
So there I was fully identifying as the whole problem, whilst this courageous woman tried so hard to mask her frustration and keep the meeting on track...
60 full minutes later...
The only thing we'd achieved was...
We finally agreed that truly I was the whole problem and that she was a small separate problem with very tiny legs.
Now here's the thing...
Even after all that...
She was still willing to stay on so we could get something done...
When it was clear that wasn't going to happen - she simply chilled and said she was looking forward to the next meeting...
I have been in meetings when partners fell out for less shenanigans...
My point?
SHIFT 4: It's not about creating a better offer, It's about creating a better customer
The foundation of trust between me and my partner is pretty deep.
And so there's a lot I can get away with and be forgiven for.
When it comes to building your tribe, you've got to focus on the long game and that long game is steadily and deliberately building the depth of trust between you and your customers.
The more your customers trust you, the better clients they will eventually be.
And so when it comes to building your global practice with the Community Mastery Method™...
It's never about how "powerful" your offer is....
It's about how that offer further cements the bond of trust between you and your customer.
The more trust your people have in you, the better customers they will become.
The better customers they become, the more they will buy by default at ever increasing amounts and frequency.
Why?
Because they feel safe with you and a steady sense of constant and never ending improvement in the direction of their goals (The future you represent).
Now that leads to the next shift...
SHIFT 5: It's not about creating funnels and sales campaigns, It's about creating buying environments.
In the Community Mastery Method™...
A community/tribe is defined as a buying environment facilitated by trust and value.
Now think about that statement for a moment.
It means everything you do with your thinking, telling and transforming starts and ends with creating trust and value at the highest possible level.
(Check out TDM issue: Why smart people win souls, for deets about your primary job as you build your practice with the Community Mastery Method™)
In the Community Mastery Method™...
Trust means the level of buy-in your people have for your message and leadership.
Value means you give your people ever increasing levels of clarity, capability and confidence concerning they future they have bought into.
