Hey there!

So last night I had a dream and you were in it.

We were at my favorite cafe...

The one with the great coffee and good vibes...

The one where we enjoyed the privacy of not bumping into people who have decided to be professionally stupid...

You know the type right?

They know a lot and yet can't get them selves to move in the direction of their dreams and are devoted to encouraging everyone else to do the same..

So there we were comparing notes...

Discussing our practice...

Swapping strategies...

Gossiping about everyone in the industry...

When suddenly we heard it....

Clear as day..

The crackle of electricity as our future selves manifested in right in front of us..

'It's time!' They said.

Us: Time for what?

Them: Time to level up.

Time to be more than you currently pretend to be.

We are proof that you are currently better than you are currently demonstrating,

It's time to get out of your own way and give yourself permission to be the person your were born to be.

It's time.

That was all I needed to hear.

I took my future self's outstretched hand...

Jumped to my feet and committed to every thing he was willing to teach me.

Inspired...

I jumped on a table and belted out my version of the Martin Luther King speech...

One that he would be proud of...

I have a dream to live in a world...

Where I get paid for the results I deliver not the hours I work.

Where I an evaluated not by the followers I have but by the transformations I engineer.

I have a dream that I can work from anywhere on the planet.

Powerfully showing up as the bridge between where experts worldwide currently find themselves and where they want to be.

I have a dream that I can set my knowledge free and it will reach the far corners of the world.

I have a dream that I can build a tribe of experts - tribemasters who have the same dream as me.

After I had delivered my speech and climbed off the cafe table I marched out to a standing ovation.

Suddenly I stopped...

You see with that gush of inspiration...

I only just realized that I was walking out of the cafe with my future self but without you...

Looking back I see you still seat where you are with your future self begging and pleading for you to bet on you...

But no...

Instead you call out to me...

Warned me about all the ‘risks’ of my plan.

Clients needed me to be there physically everyday.

Clients only wanted to pay for time.

Clients didn’t want to share me with other people or work in groups with other clients.

And so with tears in my eyes...

We parted ways.

And I woke up.

Here's the thing...

Pretty much every day your future self calls to you...

You know deep inside that you are more than you are currently demonstrating..

But you keep a brave face and just keep plodding on.

Every now and then you mask falls off..

And you share your dreams and desires...

The ones that have slowly been burning a hole in you for a long time...

Dream...

Of knowing there was more to it than what you are currently experiencing..

Of knowing there was another way

Of watching others dreams play out

Question: Are you now ready?

You see...

Those dreams and desires can become reality if you choose.

Your dream can't be extinguished

It’s not going away

Because that idea.

That thought

That spark that you're damping down

It’s not a dream

It’s destiny

It’s your true self

You can chose today to get out of your own way

And start the process of leveling up.

The real question is will today be the day you finally decide to?

Till tomorrow..
