So early this morning as is my tradition...

I had a conversation with a super wealthy investor...

This guy has pretty much everything and is worth currently $3billion.

I asked..

What's the most important investment I can make at this point in my life...

I expected him to tell me about assets and such...

But...

You know what this guy said?

People!

#sigh

To be honest I was a bit disappointed...

But I've learned in these conversations that these people know better than I do...

And if they're honestly saying to focus on something at this stage in my life...

They definitely know something that I don't.

Anyways...

I asked...

How exactly do you invest in people?

And he said...

1. Help them master themselves
2. Help them master their relationships
3. Help them master their money
4. Help them master their craft
5. Help them find order in their lives

These are 5 key aspects of human life..

Invest in helping people master and get better in these five areas...

And people will open doors for you...

And give you access to more opportunity than your care to exploit.

When he shared this with me...

It suddenly made sense...
